Parsnip
Damage limitation? Take the loss and save the big guns Lawrence & Morrison for our home game on Saturday? God are Lawrence and Morrison the closest thing we have to big guns?

He's offered us absolutely nothing in most games. Was the best player on the pitch v Forest when he had to go off with an injury.
Rample
I'm going to call Buchanan at left wing Something like... Byrne Jagielka Davies Williams jozwiak Knight Shinnie Buchanan Sibley Baldock
duncanjwitham
Not convinced it’s 5 at the back. Williams has come on as a winger in the last few games, and Knight is in in place of Bird, same system as usual. Not at all sure how it’s supposed to work though - we’ve taken our 2 best passers out of midfield, but we’re still going to have to play out from the back because we’ve got no physical presence in the final third. jimtastic56
Not surprised about Bird and Lawrence. But I would have fitted Stearman in somewhere , simply for his heading ability.

One game in 6 that he's turned up in. Which basically sums up Lawrence since he's been here. Where's he been since? There will be another game soon where he may turn up, play well, score a goal, and then disappear again for 8-10 games.

Van der MoodHoover
I'm thinking we probably won't be moaning about having 2/3 of the possession but no cutting edge. We'll have a different moan tonight! Come on the lads and full fans who are there, while I loaf around watching a gorgeous sunset over a still sea...... ? Sparkle
Interesting line up - not fussed that Lawrence is dropped/ rested as he was being a complete fool at Birmingham whilst Morrison has never played so many games ( staggering) bringing in knight was something I would have done whilst Rooney has immense faith in Williams ( which has just made our squad larger by the current embargo) some youthful effort tonight UTR

tinman
Shinnie and Knight are clearly in their for their energy and ability to get around the pitch to get the knockdowns from West Brom’s direct football. The second balls are going to be vital tonight.
Carnero
Surprised we didn't bring Stearman into a back 3 to help deal with their set pieces & long throws into the box.

Derbados
We’re going to get bullied off the park with that side, West Brom’s side is full of power and pace.
