Can we play them soon before they chuck out mick and get someone competent?

Bris Vegas
Just noticed Sheffield United are only 3 points off fifth despite losing more games than they've won. Championship looks awful this season outside the top three. I expect Sheffield United will eventually climb the table and finish fourth, but it's a great chance for an outsider like Luton, Millwall or Coventry to have a real crack at the top six this season. So you’re saying we’ve still got a chance. Bris Vegas

As would we have if we got punished for breaking the rules when we actually broke them, rather than retrospective punishment 4 or 5 years down the line. Bris Vegas
Middlesbrough used to be a really entertaining team during the late 90s to about 2009. A cup win, Europa League run, entertaining players like Viduka, Juninho, Ravanelli, Boateng, Hasselbaink, Rochemback, Downing etc. But the past decade they have been such a horrible ugly team. Gibson or not, they’re just horrid. TigerTedd

JfR
Saw an interesting bit in the Daily Mail about Aleksandar Mitrovichttps://www.dailymail.co.uk/sport/football/article-10171155/Sky-Sports-miss-Antonio-Contes-Tottenham-bow-Premier-League-NOT-TV.html Reportedly, the contract he signed in the offseason has him on wages of £100,000 a week. Now, if there's any player at this level that probably warrants that sort of money, it's Mitrovic, but still, it just reiterates the disparity in this league that a club can pay that sort of money to a single player, particularly after over a season with no gate money, when other similar size clubs at this level can't afford above four digit wages. Cairney is on a fair whack as well and i'd expect their "free" signing Wilson is on pretty good wages as well. No point trying to compete with these teams. Top 3 will all be parachute teams and then the pleb teams just have to hope they might get lucky in the playoffs.
