I have watched you play for this great club of ours on many occasions. You are and always will be one of my idols. Why can't you let the fans know what is happening? Mel doesn't appear to be interested in taking this club forward and I can really understand that but I am sure you don't want to stand by and let this club wither and die . We are it's life-blood and we have at least some sort of right to be informed of its current situation. Come on Roy just give us something we can cling to!

Well I can tell you what Mel told the Daily Mail: "Meanwhile, Morris has told Sportsmail that the £60m figure (of debts and future liabilities) quoted is based on a ‘worst case scenario’.

He also makes the point that the MSD loan (a loan of £17.5m plus rolling interest with MSD Holdings, which is guaranteed against Pride Park) equates roughly to the stadium mortgage he cleared after buying the club. And with regards the HMRC debt, Morris says many Championship clubs have had to rely on a deferral of PAYE taxes to cope with the impact of Covid-19 and how it has decimated club revenues."

So you know, things could be worse. #COYR

He can also write off a couple of £m debt by sticking 2 fingers up to Keogh... ?
