Good there should be difference of opinions no use them all agreeing in fact in Rooney's interview at the weekend he said they wanted to play the same way but each had a opinion on things.

The trick is listening then pulling all those opinions together into a cohesive unit. All the best managers listen to all the coaches they don't always do what they want but it is important to listen.

Wouldnt be suprised. You Cant manage a football club by committee. Four people are never going to agree on team selection, formations etc. Its ok all being coaches & having an opinion & input but one person should have the final say.

For me that person shouldnt be someone who can pick themselves to play in the team.

Interesting that Peter O'Rourke has said that Sammy Lee has said he's had to turn down a job because he's about to go back into management with Big Sam.

It might not be Derby, but he must be about to get a job somewhere...

(O'Rourke says it near the end of this video for reference)

Absolute state if this is true.

Cocu not yet sacked and on hold until takeover complete.

Rooney and Rosenior at logger heads.

Rooney of the two who gets the job, after it's quite clear he really really REALLY isnt up to it yet.

Hopefully just Twitter nonsense.

I think Roy was questioning the track record of DerbyAdam for providing accurate information. That tweet was from 9th November...

Calm down and look at the date - he tweeted this 2 weeks ago....

Sheff Utd.

They can have him. We’ll have Wilder.
