That's as likely to attract young talent as the headline-grabbing kids who make the first team and elite football. Much easier to convince prospective families to sign if they can see that even if they don't make it here, there's a tradition of making a respectable career in the professional game.

Just heard his name on Sky Sports News, winning a dangerous freekick for Exeter which they scored from. Seems an odd move to go from Barrow at the foot of League Two to be loaned to a team likely to get automatic promotion at the other end of the table, and be starting for them. Only scored a couple of goals since the move at the end of January, but very pleased for him that he's playing League football when it looked as though that might be slipping away. Perhaps we'll see him in League One next year? Another ex-Ram to score against us...

He's not looked out of place to be honest,given Exeter another option to quite a technical team.
