robglosta
Slightly annoyed he didn't get it right in the top corner, a better keeper might have saved that and the game would have ended 2-2. Also, nowhere near enough passion in his celebration.

Kernow
Agreed. He didn't hit it hard enough for my liking. Also, if you slow it down and look at it frame by frame you'll see that it doesn't hit all his laces when he strikes the ball, only some of them. Meh. ram59
Does Ince get a partial assist? He drew his defender deep, which gave Bent enough room to get behind their defence.
King Kevin
That's the sort of goal you turn up at games for and keeps you interested in watching the beautiful game.

Bald Eagle's Barmy Army
Invoice is on the way from Wolves in the next couple of days for the repairs to the back of the net.
MackworthRamIsGod
It was only watching the highlights this morning I realised Bent won the ball played it to Hughes, ran in space, pointed to where he wanted the Ball and produced a finish that had it been Ibrahimovic, we would be seeing it on highlight reels for years. Hughes, what a ball! That pass (amongst others yesterday), were the sort of passes u would expect to see a 30 million premier league footballer making, the England first team midfield could do with that sort of class. No, it was a bit too high and looping. I hope McClaren gets him in early for training so he'll do better next time.

RIMBAUD
The best bit about it is the fact that it's two verses seven.

uttoxram75
It gets better the more you watch it. Hughes's pass is not to Bent, its to the space he is running into. Perfect pass, perfect finish. A thing of beauty.
