Couldn't agree more.  Rudiger is currently delaying on signing a new contract, asking for circa £200,000 a week (over £10m a year).  Christensen has just agreed a new £120,000 a week contract, jumping from £78,000.  It's honestly obscene.  Yeah they're good footballers but really? Agree, it's great, such a calming, heart warming show and so different from most other stuff I'm watching at the moment.  The camaraderie between the two of them is there for all to see.  As an ex-match fisherman, it cracks me up each week watching Bob's fishing technique, or lack of it and Paul's reaction "Bob!  BOB!! You've got a bite! Bob, stop winding! Let some line out.  No! Not like that, what are you doing?!".  Brilliant, innocent, TV. 

Really enjoyed the whole series of Bulletproof including the South Africa special, but sadly it's now been binned off by Sky following Noel Clarke's alleged "misdemeanours".   Shame as it was good, shame too for all the other actors as another season was in the pipeline.

Classless is being polite.  Rooney is a multi millionnaire already.  That's not why he's doing this and he's shown his class by sticking by the players, believing in them, doing everything he can.  The guy is top class in my opinion, forget whether he's an experienced manager or not.  So impressed with everything he and the team are doing with all the poo that's been going on.  The reaction today says it all.

He made mistakes learning on the job last year, he might make a few more, but considering the bum hand he’s been dealt, he’s showing his leadership and fighting characteristics in one. He doesn’t flap, he’s not moaning, just getting on with the job.
What is clear, the players believe in him and are not just playing with pride, they’re actually implementing his tactics remarkably well, given the threadbare nature of our squad. For all Rooney has done wrong, lacking maturity at times, he’s actually proving a good mentor to our youngsters and the whole team are responding to his tactics.
Going to be a long season, but Rooney comes across with far more sincerity, than anything we’ve heard from the boardroom in a long while. His comments on the staff losing jobs for me were both heartfelt and genuine. 
Whatever happens, his stock is rising amongst Derby fans and rightfully so. Keep up the good work Wayne ?
