A steady performance yesterday in what must of been a difficult few days for him , saw enough to suggest he wont be nowhere near as bad a signing as some people think

Ha ha! There's never been a better time to be alive. On a day-to-day basis people don't tend to see the improvement, but if you look back just 10 or 20 years ago the world's been transformed and the UK is in the vanguard of that. We live in what's probably the most tolerant and diverse country in the world, and should be proud of that.

Old school support today, no fannying around, singing in the concourse, massive support for Rooney and the players. Loved it, great to be back.

South Stand were fantastic today. I never heard 1 anti Morris chant or even the start of one. Virtually all game backing. Superb support. 

Made one amazing header to stop a certain goal (where I was sat it already looked in). Heading towards goal, 3 yards out, used his body to get it away and ended up in the back of the net. Goal saving header.

Had a decent first game today. Welcome to Derby Richard.

Depends if we want to move some one out to create a space doesn't it. If someone goes but a Cashin or a Thompson has played then there's no slot to bring anyone in!
Crazy rules really, discouraging the use of youngsters and keeping unemployed footballers out of work!

Great interview on Radio Derby. Really honest.
Said if it was any other club than Derby he'd have been gone before now. But he wanted to stay and this is now the longest he has stayed at any club in his career. 
Also said neither him nor Stearman even knew they'd be here when they trained Thursday and that they had no playing time together as a pair in pre-season.
Gave praise to Derby players and call outs for Roos, Sibley, Fozzy. 
Oh, and he did say he didn't touch the ball for the goal! But he credited Duane Holmes with the assist! ?

Agreed, after getting past the initial surprise, I did think it would make sense that the 23 players actually means 3 GKs + 20 outfield players.
Selling/releasing Marshall would not allow us to bring in Jagielka, it would just mean a slot for s different 3rd keeper.
The one we will try to sell/release is Jordan Brown, given hes in the 23 but not been given a squad number.

He's not no.
But I watched that press conference back and I thought he came across brilliantly.
He's handled it superbly.
He's not moaned, he's back his players to the hilt, praised them for working so hard, refused to call them underdogs, turned questions that had no relevance to us into humour, stated how happy he us, refused to offer any excuses. 
But all the time saying we need more players. It's a constant message.

Great post …. There’s going to be a reasonable crowd for the first time in a long while. We need to make the RIGHT type of noise .. forget the protests, forget the in fighting. We are all in this, every cheer counts.
We talk casually about “academy lads” .. Some of them have been playing 1st team football for a year now - in a echoing mausoleum - Meanwhile they have got stronger, growing, learning, they know what a fight is. Now; the first for many of them … they are going to have 20,000 fans on their side. Lets show them what we sound like and what it feels to have a stadium urging them Forward …. Let’s lift them to the ceiling, Let’s do this ! ????????????
