  1. Sorry if someone has brought this up before (there is too much to read on here currently) but why isn't Couhig going after Reading as well as us. They have been found guilty of 'cheating' by the EFL  and given a points deduction, and took 3 points off Wycombe. Those 3 points back would have saved Wycombe from being relegated!

. Note to Couhig: Reading's chairman is worth a bob or two, why don't you fook off and go after them and leave us alone! UTR.

  2. Don't know whether it was on Talk Sport or Radio Derby yesterday and I may have misheard it but someone said Middlesbrough had either sued,or were going to sue the EFL if they didn't look more closely at our accounts. The EFL then decided to investigate. The EFL knew they had to do something to hide their incompetency and have decided to completely go over the top with our club. The thorn in the side of the EFL is that we could survive relegation. They had not factored in that possibility. They want us taken down not them and they will do everything in their power to do so. Yesterday was perhaps a bit of a turning point. MPs and positive press for once are getting more people on our side of the situation. We need more info. from the Admins. today about where we are at. So common Q we are paying you a great deal of money, let us know something we didn't know before! UTR.

P.S.Couhig's interview on RD was more a PR exercise but it made him sound rather arrogant and pompous.

  3. Couhig spent about 10 minutes talking about his background and how successful he was which, if I was a prospective employer, would be deemed as impressive and I would think about giving him a job. The main thing I hate is the word 'cheating' he kept referring Derby had done. I cannot remember whether the EFL or the independant bodies that have so far been involved in this sorry mess have directed that word in our direction. To cheat is a very harsh accusation. We have been charged with ' bending' not 'breaking' EFL rules. To the common man being a 'cheat' provokes more of a reaction than someone who 'may' have bent the rules. Didn't particularly like the man whose sympathy about us fans is about on par with the EFL's view. In retrospect he has inflamed the situation even more. RD perhaps wanted some answers from Couhig and how he felt. He is a man on a mission and that's for sure. Hopefully WHEN the Administrators start giving the fans some, hopefully, positive news I will calm down a bit more. At the moment still bloody fuming!?

  4. What about trying to get the 'true' football fans of other football clubs on board with this? The plight of our beautiful club is in the balance and most teams fans have been drip-fed snippets of info. about the details of our demise. There may be an apathy there amongst most. It's not affecting their team. So, no skin off their nose! Wrong, it could happen to YOUR TEAM and then you would feel how many many thousands of DCFC fans are currently feeling, distraught, worried and helpless. To the 'true' football fans out there please please could you at least show your support by CLAPPING FOR DCFC at every football match for a minute after 84 MINUTES this weekend. At least it will show that 'true' football fans are together and, rivalries aside they really deep down do care about us surviving.WOULDN'T IT BE GREAT IF FOREST FANS COULD JOIN US ON SATURDAY TELEVISED MATCH JOINED IN. Now THAT is a STATEMENT TO THE EFL and the rest of us. DTID.

  5. Forgive me as if this has been mentioned before but how about a 'DCFC Supporters March' starting from the Market Place to Pride Park. Should be light traffic on a Sunday morning and would only take 30 minutes or so, enough time for a beer before and at the ground prior to kick off. Would one of the Supporters Groups be able to manage it? It would certainly show the national media and its on Sky too. All power to our cause!

  6. Also just back. Sung my heart out with the rest of us in the SS. Unbelieveable couple of goals from Tom. If this is his last game for us (and I hope this isn't the case) what a way to sign off. If and its a big if he goes a lot of the transfer fee may keep us going to the end of the season. So proud of the team and support today. We outsung the United fans literally from the start. Come on you Rams! From a very very proud Ram!

  7. Today is the day. Upset, angry and worried whether my beloved Derby will be around anymore. In my mid 60s now so have given up seeing the Rams in the Premiership in my lifetime (hope not but being realistic). Will be there today next to my son in South Stand. Usually in SW Upper but son's mate has to work as s/e and has been let down by Saturday girl. Despite what goes on the pitch, and a win would do wonderful as this would lift us off the bottom, I ask if all the supporters not just the SS, SW and East Stand but everywhere is the ground to make some noise, not only to get behind the lads, but to make the gutter press, the tv companies, other 'real' football fans that this beautiful club of ours is NOT going to die and we are going to be around for the next hundred years. (Must admit have a slight tear in my eye writing this and no have not been drinking). Derby till I die!

  8. I think that as soon as the match is ended we stay in the ground singing our hearts out for (say half an hour) until some of the gutter press print something positive about this club and what it means to this city. I know people leave early for whatever reason but surely tomorrow's match could be our last ever as DCFC (I sincerely hope that this is not the case but its looking bleaker by the hour). Up the Rams!

  9. Derby

    Burton Albion

Was in same class as Steve Powell (also played in same School team) so when he made his debut at the age of 16 years against Liverpool (won 1 0- McGovern 7th minute) it was rude not too. Followed the Rams ever since.
