  1. I'm with you Duracell. I do think it is a 'win the fans over first' to get feet under the table and then perhaps 'oh! I didn't really realise what this job really entailed! and 'I shouldn't have done this!' We may have dodged a bullet but will perhaps never know. If Kirschner buys another club and does well then fair enough. I am still hopeful of other bidders who have maintained their silence and, in my eyes their professionalism, can steer this club out of this mess we are in. UTR

  2. Just been reading some comments on the Blackpool fans forum. They were very complimentary about our support for 'Oyston out' at PP when they were almost down and out. They are coming here and have said they will respect our 'situation' by joining in with some of our chants (ie Fook the EFL  etc...). If that happens and I genuinely hope it does, my respect for the 'pool goes up quite a few notches.UTR!

That is what football is all about! The genuine fans really do feel for other clubs supporters predicament. Forget the odd tossers who will always see the bad and never the good. Really impressed by this and hope Blackpool can achieve their ambitions. Up the Rams!

  4. Football binds people together. Fans up and down the country live and breath the game. With something as despicable and utterly horrific as this against a poor little, defenceless boy fans should do something. By respecting his young life through clapping in the sixth minute will not bring him back but may show those absolute bamfords who were supposed to be looking after him that the football community will not forget him. God bless you Arthur! I hope every football ground in the country takes part!?

  5. Don't understand this. Reading gets minus 6 with 6 more suspended over 2 years and we get minus 9 for spending a great deal less than them. What about other clubs accounts? You are not telling me they are whiter than white! Disgusted EFL. One rule for one and one rule for the other 23! Angry, frustrated, saddened by where we are at but no matter what DCFC is part of my dna and will always be. I am mid 60s so perhaps might not see my beloved team get to the promised land but will still go and support them through thick and thin. Wouldn't it be brilliant to beat Bournemouth on sky and put a big fat v sign to everyone who are wallowing in our demise! UTR

  6. It starts NOW! The rebuilding of our great club! Sod the EFL, sod all the other teams fans mocking and laughing at our demise. We are not the only ones that will feel the 'wrath' of the EFL. The previous owner is somewhere living down South(according to other fans forums) away from it all. Wonder if he still feels for the club. Us the fans really need to roll our sleeves up and show the rest of the footballing world we are true loyal fans. It's on Sky on Sunday so come on chaps the team needs us let's show everyone we are not going to lie down and die. We now have nothing to lose and everything to gain so go all out attack! And no I am not related to B4! UTR.

  7. As Igor has said 'Nothing is impossible in football, and in life'. If there is the smallest possibility we will stay up, even with the extra minus 9 points, I'm in. Leicester proved so many people wrong. I know it's extremely unlikely but it just could happen. Depends really on how the team play on Sunday. If they are up for it, the crowd will respond and possibly game on! Eccles the forever optomist!  UTR

  8. Tap into the fighting spirit of the 2007/8 season. Every match was one where we all knew we were fighting above our weight and would inevitably lose but the support was recognized as the best in the Premiership by other clubs fans that year. 32000 averaged every home game then. Anything over 20000 this time (taking into account covid etc..) would be marvellous. Haven't given up hope yet as am an eternal optimist. Strangely looking forward to next season as if in Div. 1 we will be playing the majority of the games at the proper time Saturday 3pm!!! UTR

  9. Going to be interesting how the team/manager and our fans reacts to this. I personally would think if I was a player I would still want to play football week in week out and get paid. Might as well go gung ho on every match. If we lose so be it.  We are still bottom but really there is nothing to lose. New players/loans perhaps coming in January plus Bieliek coming back could help. Only fly in ointment is if we have to sell our best players in January. Rooney is the glue that needs to motivate the players. Our fans will still turn up in large numbers but some will think fook it for this season. Me personally I will still attend and shout the lads on. Still love this club no matter which division we are in. Next season's season ticket money is in a drawer and will come out next year! UTR.

  10. I pray this will be done and dusted by the time we play Bournemouth. Hope it's only an extra 3 points which will give us a chance if we can get new faces in January and ownership sorted. We then know how many points we need to stay up. I am now rather upbeat as I can see Reading getting a 9 points deduction bringing them closer to us. I see back end of the season we are in a mini league of six teams where three will go down. I think the last home match against Cardiff will be bigger than the one against Wednesday last season! UTR

  11. Terrible result and performance. Why is Lawrence still captain? Take that off him NOW! He cannot motivate himself let alone players around him! Poor all round! Only people who turned up was Ebosele and possibly Bird. Our supporters were magnificent, turned up in great numbers and sang their hearts out especially first half. They didn't deserve this abject performance. Rooney will now have to start earning his corn more than ever now. The next three matches are key. Anything less than 6 points from these games and we are down, unfortunately. UTR
