Fact: if the season was ended today, we’d be above Sheffield Wednesday on points per game. We’re in the bottom 3 but we’ve got a game in hand. So you can’t say fir sure we’d be relegated until the games are evened up. If we win, we’re ahead of Coventry and wendies. We might not win, but you can’t say that for a fact, so we wouldn’t be relegated based on our position tonight.

Of all the clubs in British football they have enough to take a few gambles - Everyone in the PL has TV revenue but the sheer volume of money Man Utd make from merchandising keeps them ahead of most of the other teams

If its been said one its been said a thousand times. The Championship is not like the Premier League. Any team is capable of beating anyone else on any given day. "We should be beating teams below us" is a fallacy.

So judging him again by this season alone where up until recently most players has offered little which is why we are where we are. If you put a confident Tom Lawrence in a confident team he has plenty to offer.
Yes we lost vs Rotherham but our form under Rooney should mean our team is relatively confident.
He has played 4 games under Rooney when he first took over and we didnt lose any, im not putting that down to Lawrence but who knows how Rooney can get Lawrence playing

Biggest laugh was from Billy Davies's excuses in his post match interview.

What about having a brain check to recognise before today we are top 6 in the form table since Rooney took over and on that form with the additions in the transfer market we have an outstanding chance to survive. What about remembering we won 3 games in a row before Wednesday. What about remembering we still have 19 games and on current scores we maybe 2nd bottom but we are also 4 points off 15th!!! Literally as soon as we lose 1 game then we’re certainties to go down with some people. It’s lunacy.
It was always going to be a scrap because we had one of the worst starts in championship history. But based on the form since Rooney took over we will get enough points to survive comfortably. If we return to the form pre-Rooney then it’s going to be a struggle and I’ll start to panic. But there has been nothing to suggest we I’ll return to that form so why assume we’re going to go down? I don’t get it ??‍♂️ 

We’ve just won 3 out of 4. Id say that’s pretty good form and if carried on, we’d finish above mid table. 
 
The meltdown you’ve just shown will have been said by other clubs when we’d just won 3 on the trot.
