Was he worth the money Rev? Is he still playing?
The hard-core fans loved it, neither Luke or I knew that many of the setlist, until the end and the encore, which was magical.
Still really enjoyed it though.
Incredible band live, 3 hours literally non stop, I don't remember even a pause for the first 6 songs.

Thanks for the heads up on this @Rev, they sound ideal so I’ve snapped them up. We wanted to move somewhere with better atmosphere but I’m very tall (6’6”), so feel bad standing if there’s someone behind me. Top row is perfect.
I’d emailed the club saying we wanted to move seats and they called me today. Very excited about next season, it’s going to be a long summer. Sorry you weren’t able to keep the seats but they’ve gone to a good home.
The end seat is perfect for you, being so tall, as there's no seat in front so you can dangle your legs down.
-
With a heavy heart, I've let my two go, even though I honestly believe them to be the best pair of seats in the stadium, excluding the South Stand.
Top row of the SW corner, the last two seats before the SS.
Fantastic view of the overall game, you can really see how both teams have set up and the options available throughout the match, they should probably film games from up there to help with coaching.
Really good atmosphere up there too, and you can sit or stand as you please without bothering anyone else. There's even a barrier to rest against when standing, or bang your hand against to make some noise.
SWU-E, Row Y, Seats 775-776.
Whoever gets them, enjoy!

We didn’t make the ref blow the whistle, he’s a bottle job, saw 30,000 rampant Rams lingering on the touchline and shat his pants
I'd argue he took a reasonable decision in the circumstances, no shatting of pants, more acceptance of reality.
I wouldn't be surprised if was prearranged to cut short time added on at the moment the most players possible could dash the tunnel, that's what Sibley inferred in his interview.

It'll be bittersweet for me come Saturday.
My lads decided to make a new life for himself, literally on the other side of the earth.
So we'll hopefully be celebrating, but in my mind I'll be thinking it may be the last time we ever stand together at Pride Park, at least for the foreseeable.
Still, we've had a good run, what better way to sign off than a promotion?

The problem with David Clowes is I think he would cringe and be uncomfortable, if we started singing to him on any sort of regular basis.
Better show our appreciation through the tills at Pride Park.
Buy that programme you'll never read, that pint you don't enjoy, that season ticket you'll barely use etc etc.
If everything is going our way Saturday, a quick burst of "ole, ole, ole, ole David Clowes, Clowes, Clowes", towards the end of the game probably wouldn't embarass him too much, mind.

I thought it was cut with something they use in worming tablets. It must be true you show me someone on coke who has got worms.
I cut my fair-trade, ethically sourced coke up exclusively with organically produced plant based protein powders.
It costs a little more, and you can only buy it from farmers market's, but my WokeCoke (pat pending), is as kind to the environment as it is your nostrils.

Liz Truss on a car bonnet? Give over, I've just had me lunch!
I think she'd look good on a car bonnet, personally.
Especially if the car was doing 80 mph at the time.

a more prosaic note, I ate at the yard once before a youth match, really enjoyed it but what’s it like on match days .. is it a scrum and how long do you have to book in advance ?
No pre booking on a match day, first come, first served.
It's not as busy as you'd think, sometimes held at the door for a few minutes, but not often.

All in here i'd imagine, even if it's only the pink coconut sign from a distance . Probably about the right time frame as well.
My mates and I used to buy Fun Snaps from Alfs joke shop, round the corner from Duckworth Square.
Then we'd lean over the car park level wall, and throw them down at people on the ground floor below, hoping to hit them on the head and duck back down.
Hours of fun, until I hit a skinhead full on the bonce, and he and his mates immediately pelted for the stairs up.
We had to take the stairs down, just beating them to the exit, then they proceeded to chase us halfway back to Spondon before they eventually gave up.
Easily in our top 3 chases, alongside the fuzz chasing us through Stoney Cross for lighting a fire under the ropeswing and swinging through it, and the mad bugger who lived in the flats, and would ask us to wait while he put his trainers to chase us for door knocking.

His performances since joining us deserve more appreciation, specifically in the form of a terrace chant.
Having suggested countless original songs throughout the years, I've realised what Derby fans really want is a lazy adaptation of an existing song used by another team, such as Allez Allez, Since I was young, On our way etc etc.
Since I can't beat em, I've joined them with this effort, shamelessly ripped off the Virgil Van Dyke song, to the tune of Dirty Old Town.
He's our centre half, Number 35,
Watch him defend, and you feel alive.
He's always there, when the ball is won,
Curtis Nel-son, Curtis Nel-son.

My missus has had a text, I wondered if anyone else on here had heard this?
The woman who's made the complaint against Horner also happens to be Jos Verstappens current girlfriend.
It would be too funny to be true, surely.

Ok here goes ,, surprise surprise, I have a bit of a gripe/ concern today even after a win which I’m really pleased with but my issue is not this I don’t like warne style football or I much prefer liam style stuff , I’ve already said today that if I saw a flaw and fair stick to beat the manager with it’s the home results and yes I know we won today but I really was surprised we went in at 2-0 half time because I really thought here we go again after we went 1-0 up and I thought we were poor first half , ive not really been able to pin down where or why it’s been going wrong at home but it came to me very simply during that first half that warne and the staff really need to put a rocket up these players backsides at time and my concern is whether he is too nice a bloke to tear them a new one when needed , I realise I may be miles off the mark and it’s just guess work or gut feel on my part 🤷🏻♂️,
there’s so much anti warne that I’ve taken a look at what it was I liked about his sides when he first came and all the games I’ve really enjoyed where some just don’t like any ,, well here it is , when it’s right the gas’s out idea of warne and being super fit covering the ground is was all about pressing the poo out of teams , not giving them a second to breath on the ball and when we get the ball back and or get in front going for the opponents throat for 90 mins , we hunted in packs and by hell I really enjoyed that , for some reason we have lost or gone away from that , even the simple thing of our throw ins shows it clear as day , no bugger is moving ,demanding the ball and the thrower is left standing like a lemon and all too often launches a long 50/50 throw up the line ,
get back to the game style you like mr warne because plenty of us fans enjoy that , it’s gets us off our seats and right behind the team , for me game management is not about slowing it down and trying to play tika taka keep ball that just invites teams on to us and we start panicking and hitting loose passes , has warne lost his way a bit under criticism of not playing pretty pretty football? If so I hope he goes back to type for the rest of the season because if he does and gets the players fired up and back on it this squad will be top two
I don't think he's changed his style, so much as circumstances have made it necessary.
Injuries, and heavy pitches this time of year have led to a more cautious approach.
Bradley summed up the approach in his post match interview, knock it around the back, invite the press, play it to the wingback and hit the channels is the prescription, and the players pretty much followed that to the letter today.

Seems to be some craic in the Guthrie upper last couple of games. Don’t know what’s started it but it’s helping.
There's a gang of new kids in the back row. I don't know where they've come from, but they don't let up from kick off onwards.
They drag everyone up there along with them, myself included.
