Interesting debate @Magicman. I agree with you. Many won’t agree. There are a few aphorisms in football:
1. Round pegs in round holes.
2. Never change a winning side.
3. Always shyte on the red side of the Trent.
I think Fozzy will start. I’d start with the same XI BUT…3 games in 6 days is energy sapping. So, head says tweak the team.

With @B4’s Sister's match thread record, it won't be long until we start seeing big money bids for her from other clubs. We need to get her tied to a long term deal.

I remember his first game. Huge effort and pace to go with it. Looked so very raw and head down running but had a decent touch. Hindsight is a wonderful thing but I was very pleased especially after the disappointment of losing Knighty. 
 
I can’t remember which manager it was, Fergie maybe ? when he talked about coaching pace - “you can’t”
he’s got a natural focussed aggression to go with it. No player in this league will fancy facing up against him. Crowds (me included) need out of the seat players. He has become one for us and it feels good. 

What a result.
To start like that and come away with a win is massive. 
Follow that up with a win on Monday and it’s the best Christmas we’ve ever had.

I love you,  all Derby fans. I love the community we have here; I love the knowledge we share, the diverse viewpoints. I grew up in the 1970s and all we had was the newspapers. I love the experience we all have. I stood at Wigan yesterday with my 2 sons and shivered with pride at “We’re on our way..”….belted out …4,000 simultaneous voices. Thatcher tried to destroy the collective voice, society, but football is where it still exists. I may have the drink taken but feel I needed to express the sense of pride I experience whenever we travel & represent Derby. It’s special. Keep it up.

Someone alluded to this in last nights match thread and I think they're spot on. It's no coincidence that his passing has coincided with the unbeaten run we're on.
He's definitely having some influence from above. I wouldn't be surprised if he's convinced the good Lord to allow him to paint the pearly gates black and white. Keep up the good work B4. 
Of course, as the initial poster said, @B4’s Sister starting the match day threads is also having a big influence too. 

To be fair, if we really did live in the 70s we certainly wouldn't be sitting down or bothering to go down to the concourse for a slash 😉

I figured that the clock in the East stand was spot on as the good folks in that stand live in the present whereas the West stand clock is slow because most of the folk over there live in the 1970s......

All of the clocks are set to slightly different times so that those that leave ten minutes before the end get spaced out depending on which clock they are looking at.

Took a couple of photos of the new rail setup on Saturday. You can can tell some people weren't happy with the way it was handled just by looking at their faces!


 

It's been a couple of years since I took a flight but I'm pretty sure (from my fading memory) that boarding passes are checked at least twice: - once at the departure lounge when your section of the aircraft is called forward to board and then again at the actual entrance to the aircraft. If there was a risk/history of flyers just choosing to sit wherever they liked rather than carefully seeking out their correct seat then perhaps there would be another level of checks implemented on aircrafts. But, there isn't so I don't think you can compare the two experiences.
In any event, although I wasn't at the game on Saturday, I can't help but feel this was more of "getting use to the new procedure minor irritation" rather than anything really worth getting worked up and complaining about.
