Mr Tibbs reacted to angieram in Away Tickets - 2022/23
To be fair, we usually don't find out whether it's a free for all until we get to a ground. It happened a time or two before administration. Since, I don't think we've ever sold few enough tickets for them to tell us to sit where we want.
When that happens, it always causes problems as some people always insist on standing in the exact seat that they have bought. They always arrive about two minutes before kick-off!

19 shots and 6 on target is a good return against higher level team and shows we are still working hard on our chance creation.
Good stuff!

Buy a ticket and save money on gas and electric by not being at home.

Whilst I think there is an element of truth in what you say and they may well up their game for visits of teams like Derby and Sheffield Wednesday it does also stink a bit of arrogance. We’re in the same league as teams like Fleetwood and until such team as we play them off the park and beat them, we should consider them as equals (IMO) but, on the other hand, believing they are teams we can beat.

Theres a fair bit of rubbish being spoken at the moment. Lots of tactical geniuses around.
I wonder if any of them had considered that 6 weeks on from being rescued by David Clowes and only 4 games in, we're actually doing quite well.
We were never going to hit the ground running and rip teams apart. We need a a foundation first, a very clear default position before we can even think about anything else.
This is very clearly being instilled at the moment. We can then expand our game as the 13 (THIRTEEN) new players get used to the system that LR wants to employ.
I would quite happily settle for 15 pts from the first 10 games and said so before a ball had been kicked. That's a decent base to build from.
There are 126 points to play for. I expect we'll win more of those points than we'll miss out on.
Common sense is needed whilst the system is being implemented.

I'm just hoping Liam keeps a close eye on this forum.
For all his lifelong immersion in football, I wouldn't hurt to dip into the collective forum knowledge every once in a while, and glean a nugget or two from a different perspective.

Love how we’ve gone from “thankful to have a football club wherever we finish” to “WE SHOULD BE BEATING TEAMS LIKE SHREWSBURY” in 3 weeks.
Never change Derby fans.

Plenty - Luke Plange at the back end of last season. Tom Lawrence, at different periods in his Derby career, Lee Buchanan, Martyn Waghorn, Kamil Jozwiak - not to mention Jason Knight and Max Bird both went through a rough patch in the 20/21 season but were still afforded more opportunities than Sibley.

Mr Tibbs reacted to Ewe Ram in At the start of something big?
Its the lack of murky water flowing through the club, the absence of the media spotlight on our latest big name manager. The cleaning up of the stadium, the clear communication, lack of ‘oh what now’ headlines, constant picking over the numbers by ‘finance experts’. I could go on, but it feels like fresh air and I love it!
