You should be on the recruitment team with such a through and robust scout report, they usually only consider the first part.

    Let's go through their questions:
    1. Is the club's future secure? Even if it isn't, they aren't going to admit that. The answer will also be "Yes, we're doing everything we can to ensure the best for the club. We're looking forward to a takeover taking place very soon which will allow the club to move forward"
    2. ST refunds. Fair enough on this as it's been 14 months since we weren't allowed to go to games.
    3. Involving supporters in decision making at the club - "we always appreciate feedback from fans on how to improve the experience. At this moment in time, supporters will not be invited to the board."
    4. Virtual meetings. Well, Mel is trying to sell up and reportedly wasn't in good health. Anyone expecting virtual meetings for the time being isn't being realistic.
    5. Current financial position. Impossible for the club to say until the EFL appeal is concluded. As has been stated many many times before, the embargo is lifted when the accounts are submitted. The accounts will be submitted following the appeal.
    6a. Takeover. Answer: "Pending"
6b. Stadium. Why would the board commit to no risk of PP and the club being separated? They already are.

The only reasonable question is about ST holders. The answers to a couple of questions are already out in the open. The remaining questions aren't valid for the current ownership.

Probably is, but then could also be missing friends and family, with a young family of his own fancy being closer to home. He may see this as the perfect opportunity to fulfil a dream of playing in the Premier League, one last crack if the interest is genuine.
Looks like he's loved over there by the fans, but look at Rooney, they adored him also but talk was his wife wanted to move back. One day you might bag a woman of your own and realise you can't do exactly what you want all the time ?

This - I'm not even sure 'Rams Group' are a group, just a couple of blokes on Twitter taking themselves too seriously. I got blocked by 'journalist' Ollie Wright for suggesting he didn't know as much as he thought he did about the finances. He quoted his source as the Sheffield Star then had a strop and blocked me, that's the calibre of people we're talking about here.

It leaves some of us in a difficult position in that I believe some of the supporters groups have personal ambitions that they wish to fulfill by this action but on the other side I am concerned where our club is going.   Interesting how Ramstrust will be seen as the leader of this group now.

I think the club would be mad to expose themselves to this kangaroo court and clearly there are questions there that they will not answer.  They would be like the guys on MI, I can neither confirm or deny the question............

Full transparency. I was invited to this meeting, but chose not to put my name or the forums to this.
Reason being as I have previously stated, this forum is a platform for fans views, I am not an elected chairman/spokesman to speak on behalf of you all, simply the creator of this platform for fans views which can already be openly seen by the club.
I did not feel comfortable signing on behalf of the forum without consulting you all, and felt my name without attaching dcfcfans.uk held no weight.
My own personal views are that this letter has been created out of concern for the clubs future and regardless of how you feel towards any of the groups that have signed off on it, do not see this as an opportunity to attack supporters groups for speaking on behalf of Derby County fans.
We all love this club. ?

I'll give you 5 reasons why he won't be here:
Lawrence and Jozwiak will still be under contract Waghorn would be a better option Knight would be a better option Shonibare, JML, Wilson or even Ebosele or Archie would have a greater impact off the bench Jozefzoon is poo An embargo does not prevent signings. However, there are limitations such as no agent fees and wages below £12k pw. We could sign someone on a free from L2 who would demand lesser wages and still be better than Jozefzoon.

It's worth noting that Mengi is playing well above his age range - you don't get many (if any) 18 year old centre backs in the Champiohship. He's just turned 19 and could just develop siginificantly overnight.
Tomori was catastrophic at times early on in his loan spell, before developing into something special. We saw Michael Keane come here as a young lad and absolute stink it up. I wouldn't mind taking a chance on Mengi considering the low outlay and potential high upside.

I would imagine it's a case of new P&S submissions for those three seasons rather than resubmitting the actual accounts.
In terms of amortisation, we were only charged with improper accounts. Presumably they know we wouldn't have failed P&S for the 3 years to 2018, otherwise they would have stated that in the charge like they did with the stadium.

The Lampard season was the last throw of the dice though. If Rowett had stayed we would have had something closer to Cocu's first season.
[Doubt it was anything to do with the stadium]
