So none of our fans did this at say Cambridge? As long as all our fans who want them can get tickets and they behave then extra money. Sat next to a lovely Plymouth fan the other week but after that result if I see him there again will dob him in!

My efforts with documenting and preserving the history of our club through its shirts have been acknowledged and rewarded by the kind gift from the club of the number 9 shirt as worn by James Collins through the pre season games when we were without our new seasons kit, depicting Derby as a United City and football club, it was nice to be rewarded but even better for the club to recognise the longer term purpose of the collection.

According to the Vale forum some of their fans who couldn’t get a ticket thought it would be a good idea to get an ID number and purchase tickets within the home supporters sections.
There are now screenshots of text messages from DCFC saying that after consolation with members lists held by Port Vale that the tickets are now void and no refund will be offered.
Clubs shouldn’t be sharing data, illegal to offer no refund, football ombudsman needs to be involved…….the usual I’ll informed drivel from those that have been rumbled.
The moral of this story…………read the Terms & Conditions from both clubs before trying to pull the same stunt!

Hey @Mucker1884 no need to apologise and I wasn't getting at you at all.  I thought the sombreros were a great idea. 
My son refused to wear his until he'd seen someone inside PP other than me wearing one.  Perhaps there were 30,000+ other fans thinking exactly the same.  'I'll show you mine if you show me yours...' 

Neighbour got freebie tickets, and dragged me along.  Only drew 0-0 with Carlisle, but the players were then handed a big shiny trophy for being the best team in the land, and we all had one massive party. Parades, open top busses, front page headlines…
