Today's view sat on my hands

The Cheltenham College ladies claim to have invented the word CHAV, as a disparaging term for the common yoof of Cheltenham, a CHeltenham AVerage.

This fixture could have been another local derby with Gresley Rovers.  Back in 97/98 Gresley won the Dr Martins Premier Division and we’re managed by ex-Ram Paul Futcher (RIP).  The Moat Ground didn’t meet The Conference League grading requirements and the league wouldn’t let them ground share - Burton offered and I have a feeling we said they could play at the BBG.  That meant that 2nd place Cheltenham were promoted instead.  The rest, as they say, is history.

Got my replacement seat for this game. I shall be removing my usual seat after the Bolton game and taking it home with me. Don’t want it stinking of jellied eels and laundromats. 

I guess it could be that, but maybe also that loads of them come over for the races and they're staying somewhere they know well? 

Small update, but ended up getting it fixed from a mate and it’s as good as new. Just for future ref that these things are fixable.

To be fair, isn’t that the whole point of a ski slope? 

We've been through some tough times, when you put all the horrendous Covid stuff alongside the financial firestorm of the Morris era together we are lucky to have a club left to support.
But we have a fantastic club to support, we still have our wonderful, stressful, beautiful club to support.
We are averaging 26,000 in the third division. We are selling out most away games, we are Derby.
I love this football club, I love everything about DCFC. I love the history, I love people like @loweman2 doing all the stuff about shirts, @Inverurie Ram with his Rams flag thread, 
Whatever happens this season, whether we make the play offs or even sneak into the autos, it doesn't really matter. 
Being part of the DCFC family is what matters.  We are Derby. Enjoy every game you go to and get behind the team.

Oooooh a yellow Fletcher GTO, not seen one of those for years.

I'm gonna throw some wild figures about, with absolutely no back up evidence, but "I'd imagine" a good 80% of all transfers involve a fee of some sort?
Wouldn't that automatically reduce any potential DCFC incoming rumours/leaks by a good 80%, regardless of how well the Good-ship DCFC is being skippered?   

Have you thought about getting a hot air balloon back to the North West after the game?
