I'm not fussed either way TBH, he isn't terrible, he isn't brilliant, perfectly middle of the road and bland. The only thing that bothers me about it is the fact that he's been sacked whilst the investigation is ongoing, but Huw Edwards got to hang around on full pay for a year, despite trading pics of kids. I saw a suggestion that he's not actually an employee of the Beeb (Edwards was) but rather a contractor, so they can possibly cancel his contract without any danger of comeback - it might explain why they seem to gave acted differently in his case....
