Good signing it seems from Sunderland, just a shame we didn't sign a striker, we needed one for a top 2 push, but maybe Paul and David are comfortable with another see how we go year and then kick on next year. This season we’ve got 4 senior strikers, all capable of scoring at this level, it’s a better situation in the forwards for me. Overall we’ve added balance and depth to the first team squad with 11 signings (9 permanent) AND the academy (8? Signings including player/coach Bradley J). We’ve held onto Cashin, Sibley and Bird (for now at least), I don’t think it’s been the worst window despite losing Knight and McGoldrick. Now the squad is what is until January, unless we add any free agents in the next week or two, so it’s over to them, Warne, and his staff to deliver on the pitch.
