Nice to know they paid for the bloke that scored the winner - with 13 million quid change.

Think a few misread the small print. Union Berlin, not family reunion in Berlin.  f****** state?

How many times have we read ‘We’re not here to make up the numbers’?

Predictions of surviving comfortably? Top 10? Top 8? What am I missing?

You’d think they had won the Championship with over 100 points and signed some world-class internationals from across Europe, given the confidence levels.

Personally I think they are in for a rude awakening.

Awoniyi, Niakhate and Biancone are all unproven and unheralded. Who in Nottingham would have recognised them in the street six weeks ago?

Equally their other new signings Richards, Williams, Toffolo and O’Brien have played the only football of note in their careers in the Championship.

Henderson and Lingard are strong additions but two players can’t make up for gaping holes and deficiencies across the squad.

It’d be a minor miracle if they finished 17th.

Ridiculous isn't it.

They somehow think they're better than West Ham, Leicester, Newcastle, Aston Villa, just to name a few, and can mix it with the likes of Arsenal and Manchester United.

Deluded.

It's because of their cup run last season.

They've got it in their heads that playing against these teams in a cup game the players can hardly be bothered to turn up for is the same as playing against them in the league.

Then again Leicester won the league in a freak season where all the big boys played like that even in league games, so you never know.

Leicesters league win and cup win came about due to VAR.  The lack of it due to the 7,0000000 penalties they didn't concede holding at corners and having it meaning Chelseas equaliser when they were battering them, was ruled out by the breadth of a gnats pubic hair.

Dunno about that.

You're suggesting Leicester would have given away loads of penalties had VAR been in place, but that assumes that VAR actually corrects terrible on-field decisions the whole world and their dog could see were wrong...

...and yet here we are with Nottingham Forest in the Premier League largely due to the failure of VAR to correct some horrible on-field decisions!

These are the same t**** I saw giving it the big one on Babington Lane I assume.  What disgusting little scrotes.  Only really heard similar at Millwall and Leeds and not as vulgar as this. Shame the police can really do their job anymore.  Crack over the head and back on the train. You can win something once in a blue moon but doesn't provide any class it seems.

Just heard Joe Worrall on talksport. He’s more deluded than some of the weapons on Twitter. Were you surprised when you signed Jesse Lingard, Worrall replies with something to the effect of - we’re a club that’s had several international players, players like Stuart Pearce, Des Walker, Peter Shilton, international icons, we should be signing players of that Calibre to get back to where we belong.

Having the turning circle of a tug boat in a hurricane, I should imagine he'll spend much of the season talking to himself on the bench unless they want to ship 100 goals, or judging by his past interviews,  grunting and chucking his own s*** at Cooper.

What's that Joe, you want to play or the lions are attacking the village, I'm struggling here

Ah yes the same bloke who after drawing 1-1 at Pride Park said 'this wasn't Barcelona who we were playing, it was Derby.' Tool.
