But this is the year all three promoted clubs go down, and probably replaces the three clubs who were in the PL in either of the last two seasons (basically three of Norwich, Watford, Burnley and West Brom). it will go one of two ways for them, they will flop or thrive but they are spending it on younger players and they are being ambitious which is more than what can be said for those other clubs you mentioned. that can of course bite you on the bum if you buy a load of duds. but there is no chance they can just throw a bunch of players together and expect them to work like they did last season . bournemouth will go down they just seem to be signing free transfers which is more crazy. fulham have a squad of players that have been relegated 3 times. If the two they've spent 35 million on are pants, that's quite an issue. You'll find they'll sign some geezer on a free and he'll turn out to be the best player. They will have plenty of parachute money when they come down and hence plenty of time to offload said players to Olympiakos or any other team that wants them if they need to.
