Chester40
Early in the season for me....but I am at that stage where I'm watching teams just in the hope they lose. Reading's new manager bounce to get taken out at the knees first game in, for me. RoyMac5

My equivocation over Reading is based on their squad which has some big hitters. Catching them is the primary goal right now but I’d like others to be reachable in case they start living up to their ability level … maybe I’m not focussed enough on today but I always like a plan B. Who knows ? TigerTedd and Rev

G_Kinkladze
Barnsley 1-0 Hull. Happy with that, still 13 points to Hull (if they lose) with two games in hand. Feels a very long way to catch them, too far really, but there's still 14 games to go this season, and I'd rather they be mathematically catchable than not! DavesaRam
IIRCC, Hull gained the advantage with that run of good results, but they included a number of matches where they were outplayed, but managed to sneak or scramble a winning goal against the run of play. If so, then what we saw at PP is what they are, and we can catch them. Will Hughes Hair and Bald Eagle's Barmy Army 1
Gee SCREAMER !!
I think there's a bit of mirage in the desert situation happening here. 5th from bottom being the mirage. It's not happening. I want Barnsley, Reading and Peterborough to lose . Everyone else is irrelevant. DCFC1388 and 66DegreesNorth

As teams pass that, they'll be forgotten about. Agree its a four way shootout unless a team above has an absolute mare, catastrophic collapse. I don't see why not though, we've managed to catch up with some of the dross of this division why not another poor team with another clueless manager? Plenty of games left. Easier to drop back to the bottom than make up a 13 point gap . jimtastic56

Those teams do not fear me at all, I can easily see Hull going on a terrible run and us doing what we've been doing and overtaking them. Bald Eagle's Barmy Army
We do need another team to fall and Hull are doing a great job. If we can win our next two games and Hull lose to Peterborough on Saturday, we’d be 7 points behind with a game in hand. Now that would be game on Rammy03
