Four inexperienced coaches all managing by committee. It feels like a grassroots under 7s team where four dads all have a go at picking the team. Someone needs to have the final say Not sure what macs position is but it isnt to manage the team. Just feel like we need to get a grip of this situation & soon. Its like we have no direction.
