Much prefer a trip to Southampton than Leeds next season but still can't bring myself to cheer Leeds on.

Exactly this, whatever happens, happens.

Not been to Southampton since the Dell but then again who doesn’t enjoy seeing Leeds fans suffer.

Southampton score as I’m typing 😂

‘Who can stop this Leeds machine?’ the Yorkshire Evening Post will write.

’A waiting list of 200,000 for Wembley’ the Twitterverse will post.

’Look at this. Listen to this. Leeds at Wembley. It’s enough to make even the Duke of Wellington tremble.’ Gary Weaver will say.

Final score: Leeds 0-1 *insert opposition here*

Leeds will blow the Championship away next season with Farke in charge.

Both Southampton and Leeds are currently better than the 3 that came down.

And the 3 that came down will lose some of their better players. In Burnley’s case, their manager.

Leeds and Southampton will probably be swapping places in 12 months time.

Were you born a killjoy or is it something you've developed over time?

A lot can change between now and August.

Isn’t it a possibility that Leeds will also lose some of their better players?

Summerville, Gnonto, Rutter, Meslier, Piroe and Gray could all conceivably attract top flight interest either here or abroad.

They have also got players who will return to their parent clubs (Rodon, Roberts and Anthony) and players who perhaps joined with the expectation of an immediate return to the PL (Ampadu, Kamara).

It could be a different looking Leeds in eight weeks’ time.

Read they need to raise £100m. Dont know how true that is, but they should be able to do it selling Gnonto, Summerville, Archie Gray and Rutter, you’d imagine.

I appreciate gloating ain't for everyone, but there's always the option to just butt out, and leave the gloaters to gloat for an hour or so!

And as for that big black cloud following you around everywhere, can I interest you in one of these...

Not when clubs know it’s a fire sale and they are left with 😉Apparently they owe 79 mill that needs to be paid by June ( thanks @Tamworthram for that info )

Why do Leeds have to sell? I assume that’s to do with FFP, but who are they at risk of being punished bu - the PL or EFL?

If the PL, why bother selling? Get promoted next season then take the punishment.

Scenes when Leeds have to handcuff all these players who don’t want to play in the championship to the bench at Bellend Road.

The Championship will be fun next season.

There are question marks over every team coming down. Will Luton be able to keep Edwards? Will Burnley be the same without Kompany? Will Sheff Utd be able to regroup quickly after such an emphatic relegation?

Then you look at the teams who missed out in the play-offs. Norwich will need a new manager and both Leeds and WBA will be rebuilding their squads. A team in the chasing pack like Coventry or Hull may also be thinking it could be their chance to make a push.

It looks wide open. I am not sure why everyone is so fearful.
