We have martin, who is great at holding the ball up and bringing our wingers and cms into play, just get it up to him

Martin has never thrived from long balls, never. Worrall would eat them up all day. Martin needs the ball into feet quickly. 

Problem is our passing out from the back is often at snails pace.

Lawrence fouled twice, then Lawrence and a Forest player slide into a challenge. Lawrence gets a yellow and the Forest player must have lost a leg based on his reaction.
