Its a fair point buddy and I do agree that’s a lot of ability to have unavailable I just think of late he’s been so horribly poor

It does really baffle me flojo doesn’t get the same grace as Lawrence to go out and express himself

Lawrence seems to go out and no matter how poorly he plays he’s more often than not still in the line up next match .. flojo gets 20-30 min cameos to try and stake a claim

the one time he got a run he had quite a decent little patch... as did the team but then got injured and subsequently hasn’t left the subs bench

just seems strange

I start Bennett over tom lawarance any day of the week

It’s Feb and the play offs are still a possibility, how many would have taken that at the beginning of the season with some good cup scalps thrown in as well. Hypothetically speaking of course as I don’t teally care ?

Hopefully the season will go down to the last game on the EFL for us, if not we go again, and let’s face it, before Mac we were used to the season finishing in Jan anyway, we have just been spoilt lately ?

I hope we do sack him because I'm addicted to the drama around the firing and hiring of managers. It's like a drug.

That's me in the gif there, scrolling through all the articles that get posted to twitter every 5 minutes on the latest betting odds on who is going to be the next Derby manager

How the F have we been spoilt with the poo we have seen in the last few seasons? We are bottle jobs every ducking season, I wouldn't call that something to be spoilt upon more embarrassed by, I would rather have no hopes and just be midtable than start off so well and inevitably duck up each year. We have no hope of the playoffs if I am going to be realistic about it, it would be nice to be proven wrong but I feel we are nowhere near good enough to win the play offs if we get in them anyway so it would be kind of pointless.

Willing to put your money where your mouth is?

£50 to a charity of your choice if we don't make play offs, if the bet is reciprocated.

If I didn't support the team I would as I am pretty confident , maybe 90% sure we won't make it. However, there is no way I would bet against my own team , becuase that would go against every football fan moral going and it would mean I wouldn't enjoy the wins as much making it all very wrong.

I’m guessing you haven’t followed the Rams or football long ? If you want guaranteed success you won’t get it at PP, there is also every likely chance that we won’t be promoted in the next years either, having said that we could be this year, at least we still have a chance.

I have watched the Rams in many a dark era, the maxwell days was always a favourite for me, signing “let’s pretend we scored a goal” for entertainment value because the football was that bad, and yet not once, even through the lowest point season have I believed players to be bottle jobs or an embarrassment, fans however ?

Going to watch the Rams is not about the 90 minutes, what you going to do if we do get to the PL, cry in your cornflakes because of the inevitable relegation battle that will follow at some point, it’s about football and everything that brings with it, socialising, the banter, the ups and the downs, and of course the beer.

If you think we are going to fail then you won’t be disappointed, only you are building your hopes up, sit back, enjoy it, get frustrated however always remember win draw or lose get on the booze !!

I am not saying all the players are an embarrassment, it's just that everyone who knows I am a derby fan mentions how we are bottle jobs each season and it is really getting annoying now as I had high hopes after the West Brom and Man U games only for us to do what we do every season for the last 5 years.  Your right about the results part though, I should probably just treat it as more of a laugh than something to get annoyed by.

You wouldn't bet against your team because you support them so much...despite the fact you've spent most of the season slating them on this forum?

Let’s just carry on with the same team then with everyone carrying on taking the safe and easy pass, great idea.

No but if Lawrence is going to carry on In the same vein as he did in his recent opperances then he is far from the answer is he

Maybe it’s just a case of rock and hard place and the simple fact is we’re neither good enough or ready personel wise to deliver what frank is aiming for style wise

That's isn't contradictory , just becuase I slate the players doesn't mean I don't support the club, I couldn't give a flying  duck about quite a lot of the players but that doesn't mean I don't support the club, I don't criticise when they don't deserve criticism and clearly with the mess we have seen recently they do deserve criticism.

Needs an environment where they are not being crucified for any mistakes - so either we are safely into the playoffs (?) or they have become an impossibility this year.

sorry i dont see your logic,i said once we had no chance of the play-offs so no pressure on the kids

Look everyone, I know the solution to this. It's clear to me we're missing one key person.

Adam Bolder.

Ever since Norwich away when he was on commentary, our performances in the league haven't been great. It must be the curse of Craig Ramage. Sub Ramage for Bolder for the rest of the since, we might have a chance.

More logical than sacking the manager....... :')
