Lawrence already looking the weak link, no service to marriot, Wilson needs to pass better, need to gain more procession and take control of the game allowing Sheffield to much time in the ball. Can still win this

Need to be much better to win this, tbh can’t see it

Wilson has been awful. Looks like he's picked up Tom Lawrence's trait of trying to go alone and just running into traffic.

Passing, and general movement up the pitch has been poor. Trying too hard to play the killer ball right away. It's not progressive and it just keeps coming back quickly.

Norwood is a player we should have gone for. A proper linking midfielder. He's picking passes through our midfield time and time again with ease. Did it at Fulham and Brighton too.

Bright end to the half, but that doesn’t cover the fact that Utd were in control for most of that. They’ve created plenty of chances. Another day they could have had a 2/3.

How we react second half will be interesting, because another half like that we’ll lose. Not because we’re playing badly at all, just that they are a proper threat with every attack.

Turned it on 6 minutes in so missed the good 20 seconds we've had, Sheff Utd really good to watch and have dominated us. Full backs still poor, front 4 still playing like strangers. Thought we'd defended well until the goal.

A decent reaction from us at the end so hopefully we'll come out fighting. So far United have won the battles on and off the pitch, sounds like we're at Bramall Lane!

Absolutely pathetic defending for their goal.

Wouldn't have happened if Bryson was on. Wilson just let their man breeze into the box. He should have been the one to put a tackle in, but then again I'm not sure why he has moved into central midfield. He's a winger, clearly.
