It’s astonishing to think we can make 9 changes and still have a side of that quality on the pitch.

Waghorn on the right with Marriott down the middle is the best way I think we can include both in the same side with our current shape. Hopefully it works well and they're able to link-up and give Hull some problems to think about.

They're potentially going to cost us a combined £9m if clauses are met, so would be nice to find a place in the first XI for both of them.

It's a strong side though, good to see Huddlestone and Malone back.

I like the look of that team and makes a lot of sense...... Hudds playing in front of the two regular centre half’s to prepare for Saturday when I’m sure it’ll be the same barring injury.  Johnno alongside Mason - for me this is his best position and he should be competing with Bryson for that spot.  Freshen up at full back & front 3 plus Kelle in goal who needs to show he’s a worthy number 2. Only concern would be not giving Mount a break but suspect Duane Holmes may replace him after an hour or so

I also find it interesting that Lampard seemingly prefers Forsyth as a back up cb option to Pearce. Another one free to move. God we have so much dead weight
