Lose ball, expose our defence, lose ball, waste opportunity, lose ball

Score a free kick that should be saved. Get forgiven. Starts next game.

Do you not think someone should be coaching him

Not a single shot on target, that 1st half was so poor we look unorganised and look like we havent got a clue how to break Ipswich down

Two very poor sides,i hate to say it this as another makings of another 1-0 defeat i think if they step it up a notch we will crumble

Forsyth gets the ball bringing it out gets put under pressure and kicks it to the nearest player whether that player has a man on him or not. The opposition nick the ball from the poor pass. Why doesn’t he hoof it into the corner if he hasn’t got a better option? It’s got to be better than losing it in the middle of the park.

What the **** is Lawrence doing?!

He’s got the footballing brain of a 12 year old

Every game is all about him.

Unless there's a tackle to be put in or a defensive header. Then he wishes he was at home watching his YouTube reel and brushing his hair.

He makes his Mum call him Cristiano. If she doesn't then he doesn't come in for tea. She gets annoyed with his Ronaldo free kicks smashing the kitchen window

The problem is he has been coached to an extent. It's like Frank has come in and told him to be more expressive and get him back to how he was at Ipswich with much more freedom, but unfortunately Lawrence thinks he's better than he is so absolutely nothing he tries works. As @SaintRam mentioned earlier, his need to always cut inside despite there being acres of space down the line is infuriating. I actually feel quite sorry for Forsyth, he's got the option to make so many overlaps because Lawrence cutting inside leaves that space, but he almost always loses the ball and then it's Forsyth's fault for being caught out of position when the opposition counter if he did make that run

It’s so frustrating to watch, If you’re going to take people on, fine . . . At least have the talent to be able to do so!!

Hes got no tricks he just runs straight at them ala Johnny Russell ?

The problem we have is as soon as the ball moves into midfield, the wide men are going forward and as wide as possible, and the spare central midfielders bomb on. We then have no pass available - and the ball goes back to the central defenders.

If we are going to play possession based football, and offer a threat, we need players showing for the ball - not freaking running away from it all the time!

Yeah.

And I think he shouldn't be in the starting line up.

When he's not scoring goals he's a liability. He scores about 6 goals per season doesn't he? Make it 60 and it's worth all the wasted runs of his team mates and the number of counter attacks they face.

Like from a short corner ?

Crap.

Feel sorry for Evans. We looked far better when he was on the pitch. Ledley doesn’t make space for a pass, and when he gets it he passes it back.

Keogh is our most creative player. Something is fundamentally wrong when that’s the case.

Mount has been invisible. Bryson, barely noticed him apart from cleaning out the opposition.

Lawrence? Crap. Bennett? Like his effort, at least he tries to set Nugent up unlike our other winger who just ball-hogs before losing it.

In regard to Lawrence. Remember when some fans thought Tom ince was lazy? Lol.

Anyone who thought Tom Ince was lazy was just plain wrong. It's not as if its varying degrees of laziness ?

Lawrence barely puts any effort in when another Derby player has the ball, let alone when the opposition has it!

Biggest positive for me so far is how expansive Bennett and Bogle are trying to be. Hasn't quite come off yet but at least they're trying to find ways through Ipswich's defense, while also tracking back quite well.
