Posted April 18, 2018 Share Posted April 18, 2018 I was very much for signing this fella when it became evident he was surplus at Wolves great cross , decent at corners and free kicks and natural ability as a winger. Many said he played for Blackburn a struggling team and wouldn't be good enough. Now Millwall are benefitting instead . Apparantly he was available for 1 mill permanent . Latest from the Birmingham mail - The Championship’s in form side Millwall maintain a fear of being priced out of a move for loanee Ben Marshall this summer. The winger signed for the high-flying Lions on loan in January having found Molineux minutes under Nuno Espirito Santo hard to come by in the first half of the campaign. Marshall, a Paul Lambert signing from Blackburn Rovers in the January 2017 window, has enjoyed himself under Neil Harris at the New Den. He’s scored three times (in wins over Burton, Barnsley and Bolton) in 12 appearances and is yet to feature in a defeat. It’s an incredible run that has seen the Londoners quietly venture up the table and into the play-off places, rather under the radar. With Wolves now almost certain to secure the Championship title, the club are now likely to turn a portion of their attentions to preparing for a Premier League campaign. Marshall is likely to leave this summer, but his form (which includes five assists) has supposedly triggered Wolves into pushing up their value of the player - and the consequent asking price, thought to be originally at £1m. Casio Posted April 18, 2018 Share Posted April 18, 2018 Think he could be a similar type of player to Lawrence in that he likes a long range attempt at goal and may sometimes miss a player making a run, but I have always rated him. Gunnarsson apparently wants a move abroad. Never rated Ameobi and Odubajo is no better than Wisdom. Bobby Reid has 1 year left on his deal, Bristol City triggered a 1 year option a week or so ago.
