JuanFloEvraTheCocu'sNesta
We are four points off third, ten unbeaten and have a good goal difference compared to the teams around us. All that after a properly dogturd start to the season and people are still moaning. If we had been offered this just after we sacked Pearson everyone in the forum would have taken it. Be happy! TimRam
Wigan have conceded same number of goals as Reading. They are not that easy to score against considering their table position.

nottingram
I don't know if it's just because of the news yesterday but today is the first time I've noticed us really miss Martin. We were so desperate for someone, anyone, to drop deep. Was pulling my hair out at Bent at times.

jimbo jones
1 points better than none. But I do think it was a bit of a reality check. We've been on a good run, but there's still work that needs to be done on the squad if we are to get promoted. still not conceded a goal at home either :-)

Russell was not good enough and hasn't been for weeks now. Martin or another striker is needed in Jan. Another clean sheet though, thanks to poor finishing by Wigan mostly, onwards and upwards. Sorry to pick your post out but not sure why we need a new striker when you already identified the problem that we created nothing.
