Kenny Burns is a ton of butter masquerading as a man and does Forest a disservice by pretending to offer expert commentary that people should listen to. Long may it continue, because they'll never sort themselves out with leading voices like this:

1. It's almost as if Forest pay for  specialists who will provide medical advice to maximise his playing time and career, rather than "risking him" and having him limp off for 3 months after 15 minutes. For what Kenny's medical knowledge is actually worth, you could ask a child to flip a coin.

2. ********, and also, even if true it's just glossing over the cracks. How come you came close to conceding at each set piece? Surely that's a bigger issue.

3. Also ********, and again, papering over the cracks. No answers as to why Forest got a thrashing, just moaning about what could have been.

Not a single analysis of why Forest got turned over and made to look second rate, or are being run into the ground by a lunatic owner and the analysis of know-nothings like Kenny. How's Tom Ince and our defence looking, ya *****?

Kenny's three excuses for getting his prediction so wrong. 

Point 1. Without the medical knowledge, who is he to say? They missed his antics, but was he fit or not? 

Point 2. Forest had zero intention of putting the ball out for us, they played on until they made a mistake. If you want to play it that way, fine, but don't expect kindness in return. When We went no quarter in the yen men game with Jamie ward, we wouldn't have expected any niceness in return. 

Point 3. Really? Was it that bad a challenge??? Really? Clumsy, perhaps if he hasn't been booked some refs might have given a yellow, but if that's your main grievance after being humped...So at best you could possibly make a case and ignore Osbourne's roll in Bents first booking. 

Burns is the exposed troll back tracking and covering where everyone knows he's a dild.

I've not read Kenny's ramblings or any gump forums but going by comments on here i presume they are bitter and twisted about being put to the sword by an ever improving rival who continues to outshine the "famous" club in every conceivable way, playing side, .

And that's just how it should be. I don't want them praising us. I want them to be bitter and nasty, full of mock outrage. I want them to be mardy and sulk and continue to try and persuade each other that they were somehow robbed...

Whatever happened in the game, nothing was as bad as Osborn's pathetic, spineless, cowardly antics rolling about like a St Vitus' dance sufferer who'd just been tasered direct from the mains.What a role model Lansbury has been to the lad......

Let them wallow in their misery while we enjoy the rest of the season.

Now, better tell me mam to stock up on ice....

Is your mate usually accurate/reliable in such things? Is the speech in quotation marks yours, or your mate's (not that important - was just trying to picture the conversation scene as it were):thumbsup:

I can sum up the majority of their fans' excuses/opinions nicely for you in a few points:

  • Bent should have been sent off
  • Johnson should have been sent off
  • Their keeper who has a reputation for poor distribution definitely intended to kick it out of play
  • Osborn was the only person in the ground who didn't know Olsson was down injured, that's why he tried to keep it in
  • With Lansbury and Assombalonga they definitely would have smashed us
  • Most of their first 11 and subs were signed on a free, loaned or came from the academy whereas ours cost millions and millions so really we should have won by more, because that's how football works
  • They'll have the last laugh because we'll fail again in the play offs

Funny that Mostyn6 because I was told before the season started that "Angela" was on his way to us and this came from someone very much ITK at the Council Tip.  Only last week he reiterated that this hasn't gone away and is going to happen in January. 

Got to be honest I'm not happy about it personally because I can't stand the ...... cockwomble

the speech marks indicate what my mate was saying. I will point out he was repeating something from talksport or 5live, I was a bit drunk and wasn't really listening, but then when Angela wasn't playing, I was trying to recall the conversation.
