You need to question the industry not me. They put a value per seat for various standards of stadium. It’s nothing to do with depreciation it’s the value of a usable asset. Pride Park was valued at that market rate

I was stood on the Popside in my usual spot just to the left of the drop off of the gully (as I was for virtually every home game until the 95-6 season, apart from a couple of seasons in the season ticket holder's pen). One of the great days in there. It wasn't a game of great quality, but it was everything that a third round FA Cup game against local rivals should be.

The stadium valuation was done using the industry standard by a reputable company nothing lucky about it .

We need 12 to avoid disappointment for me.
Anything else is a bonus, 14 and I’ll be grinning from ear to ear but with the luck of the bounce, decent refs and no injuries we can beat them all.

I was just a bit closer to the half way line, 1 year older, maybe not wiser though. The stupid rules at the time meant that Franny Lee's suspension applied to European competitions as well as domestic, resulting in a weakened team playing Real Madrid away and getting knocked out. The EFL's forebearers, the football league had it in for us, even in 1975.?

Was stood on the Popside looking down the 18 yard line got a full view of all the action and Roger’s winning goal.
15 years old and thought we would win everything forever .

Reggie Greenwood reacted to Anag Ram in Gianluca Vialli has died at the age of 58
Lovely to hear the tributes of Vialli the man as well as the obvious celebration of his career.
So well loved as well as admired.
A beautiful legacy to have.

My stomach knotted up reading this thread title!
Truly sickening!
Not only because this is the same b****** cancer that took my mother before I'd officially even exited my childhood, but this bloke was not just a bloody fantastic footballer, but he also came across as a thoroughly decent chap.
...And he ain't even proper old school! Practically a modern day player in my mind! ... and younger than me, to boot!
Such sad, sickening news.
May you rest in peace, sir.
