Yes .  You only lost 202 million over 10 years and got saved from FFP devastation by Fawaz 90 million write off under new owner rules.  All by the book and within your means. 

The difference being is that you spent money you didn’t have trying to get to the land of milk and honey, then rather than accept the consequences, fudged your books for years and tried every trick in the book to get off the hook. Even now, how much did your new owner pay HMRC? 25p in the pound? Many would suggest you got off extremely lightly. You’ll probably be back in the championship by next season. 
Meanwhile, we largely lived within ours means in the championship, selling academy players for enormous profits every year to balance the books (as observed earlier in this thread) before reaping the benefit of absolute managerial brilliance. A once in a lifetime season under  Steve Cooper. 
Weve only spent the money we have after getting to the PL. If that results in survival, it’ll be well worth it from the revenue we’ll bring in.

Forest reminding me of the Jim Smith side in 00/01 season that somehow got 43 points by winning 1-0 every week and being battered. Poom was unbelievable and we had Taribo Riggott and Carbonari. Think we didn’t win a game until the 12th or 13th fixture as well, not many have stayed up from that position. 
We got relegated the following season!! 
FWIW, I still think Forest will go down, they needed that win today, beat Everton they have a real chance but it will go to the last game. Looking at their fixtures they’re getting maximum 2 wins between now and the end of the season (unless their lucky smash and grab 1-0s and keep going). Think it’s between Forest Leeds and Everton to go down with Bournemouth and Southampton.

By that average, per pound spent and wages you should have around 285 points to our 11 by the end of the season if were comparing.   

No way does McClaren fit. He won the Eredivisie at Twente and he won the league cup and got runners up in the UEFA cup with Middlesbrough. He's done a good job for at least 3 different clubs as head coach/manager and for even more as part of the coaching team.

Gibson got his bottom lip out when we snatched Martin Waghorn from under his nose, so like the EFL re the threatened breakaway, the Curley one simply bided  his time until an opportune moment arrived. He originally was going to sue the EFL for not giving us points deductions in the previous season. The EFL re-coloured their underpants because that would have opened the floodgates and destroyed them. So they encouraged curly to go for us instead, even though that was against EFL rules. Funny how they never pursued that offence, isn’t it?

I've been pretty harsh on Dobbin so far this season. I kind of came to the conclusion that he was crap a few weeks ago and that Barkhuizen was miles better.
But that second-half performance on Saturday was absolutely sublime. He rinsed their full back time and time again. That, coupled with the assists at Port Vale, suggests he's stepped up a gear and could be a huge asset for us. Delighted to be proven wrong.
Let's hope he keeps his confidence up and we see more of the same for the rest of the season. 

Another memorable away day, getting off the train I remember thinking how good the acoustics were at Nottingham station as hundreds of Derby fans gathered in the concourse. Stood on the open terrace behind the goal, there was a feeling of promotion in the early spring air with many fans waving flags. It was great to witness all three goals going in at our end and I cannot remember an away game where we made up such a large proportion of the crowd, about 70%.

FFP rules should never have been implemented without buy-in from the Premier League and the integration of the rules across both the PL and the EFL. The fact that teams could be promoted and then effectively sit on the other side of an impregnable fence, flicking the V's at the EFL regulators is a sick joke. For the EFL then to come out and say, as they consistently did when investigating the behaviour of every one of the miscreants - QPR, Leicester, Wolves, Watford, Bournemouth - that there was "no intention to deliberately mislead", but saved their most damning criticism for DCFC, is the most nauseating aspect of all.
Yet they wondered why Mel Morris decided to find loopholes to exploit????

The greatest triumph for me will be if/when we one day overtake some or all of the clubs who "got away with it".

It'll be (vaguely) interesting to know whether these are the same charges that UEFA charged them on, banned them from European competition for a couple of years (never enacted) which was then overturned in CAS. Or something new.
My guess would be that they're broadly the same and that the outcome, nothing, will be the same with lawyers the only winners
Interesting that Chelsea found an amortisation loophole that UEFA closed down with no retrospective action.  Pity the EFL didn't treat us with the same level of fairness

A few days ago night before I heard my grandma voice she came back to see me she knew how much I miss her and she knew how much been through she said be alright and even if lose my big toe and she said I will always be little B4.
And when  I woke up I saw her sitting on side of the bed stroking my head and she said she had go back back heaven but she will always be with me and I will never be alone and then she disappeard and into a white light.
