It’s written in my tea leaves this morning that we are going to win the FA Cup this season, and therefore we will have a place in the Europa League next season. Our run starts tonight being drawn away to Brighton (l’m going - proper fan me). Come on, who’s with me on our journey to a Wembley Way?

For those who want to see the rudimentary Starship on the test stand, this is SN8 being readied for its 15km flight. It's the first of the prototypes to have the nosecone and flaps fitted. Above it we see the Moon, where as I said some adapted Starships may go, but above that we see Mars, the real target.
Starship itself stands 50m tall (9m diameter) with Super Heavy an additional 70m, so when they're mated together for flights into Earth orbit, it will be the tallest rocket ever built, but more importantly will have much bigger carrying capacity than anything that's gone before.
Nothing new here had one like that when I was a kid ?

Because you seem to be implying there is no interest in our players and other clubs aren’t circling
The article quotes FLW which is not a great source. However I would be surprised if there wasn’t any interest. Wayne was still saying that he would have a say in who stays and leaves the other day.
Suppose we might all know more by the end of the week if the preferred bidder gets announced or not . -

I don't like sprouts, but these are amazing
Will never pass my lips in my life time , my old man tried to force feed me them as a kid. Became an expert at hoarding them in my cheeks like a hamster before “ disposing “ at the first opportunity ??

I wonder what will happen to the trophies we have like the old First Division trophies and the Fa Cup if we become Liquidated?
I was joking to my mate on the phone yesterday that Mel Morris probably owns them and is planning on selling them to the local smelters to get some money to pay some off some of what he has lost from running the club.
Rangers kept theirs in the Jock league and I’m pretty sure AFC Wimbledon have a cup win despite the best efforts of MK Cuckoos

I guess that's directed at me,why would i need to post on a matchday thread, nobody wants to know how i feel about the match or how well we have or haven't played. I can't see the point in saying Lawrence (or any other player of your choice) has had a good game then the next week saying he is the devil in disguise because he missed a sitter. I post on here because i don't want to see the club go under,i am not being negative just realistic. If that doesn't fit in with your way of thinking there is nothing i can do about that.
Not not at all you are not one of them

Couple of posters ( on ignore ) only seem to post on this thread , usually repeating their opinion as fact despite being corrected ad nauseam. Never ever see them post on match day threads or any other club or player threads.
i really do wonder what they get out of it and why ?- Rev, I know nuffin, Zag zig and 1 other

Some good pics , including old directors lounge. When I was a kid I went to School with Mike Keelings Son and got invited to the directors box a few times.
Got to have a go in the shooting box under the b stand which was fun .
My lad got treatment for a hamstring tear in the old medical room after getting injured in a trial game.
me spent many hours swaying on the Popside before getting a seat in the Ossie Upper and taking the eldest when very young.
some great memories.- Inverurie Ram and loweman2

Trying to treat it with antibiotics. They want to avoid an Op because I bleed a lot. Been in here since Saturday trying to find one bit of food that’s not ?

He’s also a Derby fan. Genuinely. Remember he used to review sports headlines as a guest sometimes on talk sport breakfast. Wasn’t at the Mail then.
Yes my mistake it’s Craig Hope who is the Mail NE correspondent. My only excuse is the cocktail of drugs the Derby Royal are pumping in me

Yes sorry I half wrote my post and sent it by accident. My point is HMRC is the ‘plug’ We’re liquidated if the purchase price does not cover football creditors and 25% of unsecureds (and we know that MSD and the admins have to get paid in full). So doesn’t all of the excess go to HMRC ?
So what is there to debate with HMRC ? Maybe the admins say to HMRC, please take less so we can pay unsecureds more? It’s not obvious there are other variables
Thought I read that the new owners could just take on the MSD payments or renegotiate terms with MSD if they wanted ?

Seeing as the administrators have repeatedly stated that liquidation is not a likely outcome, I find this article, and its timing in particular, very odd indeed.
A cynic might wonder if a certain someone, with a knack for putting stories in the papers to put pressure on our previous owner, might now be doing the same thing to the administrators, in order to push through a sale to their preferred party.
Tom Collomose or what ever his name be is the Mail North East Correspondent and he is Gibsons man

Remember when we all went absolutely mental when that Matt Hughes at the Daily Mail said we would get a 21 point penalty.
He first said that in reference to the stadium charge in which he was palpably wrong and we only got 9 points for ffp so he was wrong again.

I think I read Bradford also tried to make the extra sun as well but we’re refused. Seems that the 4th official was complicit in not knowing the rules or remembering them too late

On balance, you have to credit Rooney and the players for their response in recent games.
The -21 verdict could have seen the team completely implode. But instead we have seen a lot of bravery and endeavour on display.
Of course, it’s frustrating to throw away another game from a winning position, but sadly that is where our lack of experience shows both on and off the field.
It’s sad because we have shown we can compete, but obviously we are missing something that will see us turn good contests into results.
We just don’t have any quality forwards. 2 would make such a difference to this side

Think that Kirchner is laying the groundbait for an exit, paving the way for Jed Moxey to take over or that Binny chap from Carlisle.
Not sure why he would bother to fly over here to do that ?

As long as he doesn’t catch the Derbyshire disease and turn to ? like so many others this could be a great signing and hopefully galvanise the batting line up and like @sage says could get interest from the local Pakistani community which would be good.
