Excellent news. Perhaps we can now have a football programme that just shows football without all the pointless nonsense in between of a bunch of ex players saying nothing of interest or import, whilst robbing licence fee payers of 100s of thousands a year in wages.

For this, I suppose more questions I have are:
Do we need to change anything?
We had our great run, but haven't been able to recover our form since:
Did we run out of steam? Have we been found out? Were we a bit lucky? Are we being unlucky now? It seems to me we need a new spark.
What is going to energize us for the run-in? Wins breed confidence and probably energy. Maybe we just need the bounce of the ball at Oxford and everything will be OK? But I think it probably needs a bit more of a shakeup.

What a difference a game week makes. A comfortable win and Bolton/Posh dropping points and all of a sudden everything’s rosey. 

Barnsley who I thought was the weakest of the top 6 now in a decent position. 
 
A win on Saturday and things could look even sweeter.

You can normally tell straight away from a players first touch and then what he does next and instantly, you knew he was in control of the ball and always gave himself a couple of options. 
I said to my lad within 2 minutes of him being on the pitch 'this lad looks very good'. 

If Warne thinks White can offer more than Thompson, then White plays for me. Leave Smith and Knight alone. Surely Morecambe at home is an ideal game to blood White.

The thing is though, just because a player was never renowned for their mobility it doesn't preclude them from getting even less mobile to the point where even a quick brain can't make up for it and they become ineffective. If that was the case we'd regularly get players in their 40s playing at League One level and above.
People are talking about Chris Martin as if he's exactly the same player they last saw play for us 2 years, 6 months and 11 days ago, not the one who's just been bombed out of Bristol City.
For all we know Chris Martin no longer does stand in the right place because he can't quite get that half a yard on a defender, no longer has the strength to hold it up under pressure from a defender and goes down looking for free kicks referees no longer give him.

Wasn't the next 1.5 million for Bielik due January.  These lads aren't getting games in U21's for them .  Could we have agreed to give them games to negate a couple of hundred k  . possible
