I think Derby is a dump. Not Derbyshire but Derby is.
I live in Alvaston btw so it's not snobbery.
Quad ugly, velodrome ugly, city center very ugly, that fountain thing, Assembly rooms...
I've been working in City Center and parts that used to have character are just either dead or patrolled by drunks or chavs.
I work in places like Stoke and I think it's not massively different now. It used to be worse than Derby.
I work in Notts and even the roughest areas I've been like Hyson Green have many nice buildings. And the actual city center is much nicer imo.
Alvaston where I live... It's full of traffic, ugly buildings, boy racers, awful condition roads, traffic light central and HMO's.
Definitley want to get away asap.

Nobody going to mention the difference that Korey smith made replacing max bird? His vision and ability to find a forward pass won us that game. He was brilliant for the 15minutes he was on the pitch. Should be looking to start him in that position. He makes things happen.

I live just outside Newport, a fairly short drive along the B5062 to Shrewsbury. Went to Shrewsbury v Rochdale in the Carabao Cup last August, what a grim match that was, hoping for much better tonight.
I’ll be the lone Derby fan sat with all the locals ???

I'd say Derby need to up their game here. One of the things I've always tried to stress is continual movement in set pieces, rather than static starting positions.
While these didn't come off in this particular case, they are ingenious and creative.
Let's see some more examples.
