Yeah, very good performance from him the other night. I was critical of him in the previous couple of games, but he seemed much more composed and calm against Barnsley - his decision making was better, he caught everything he needed to, and made a worldie save to secure the point as well.
Well done Kelle. He’s still a good backup goalkeeper at this level - his really stupid mistakes are becoming less common, and he’s capable of the odd incredible save to boot. Can’t complain really.

A lot of work to be done, basically. It’s only really in midfield that I think we’ve got any quality, and of course we’re not actually playing those technically good footballers at the moment - we’re playing a load of carthorses instead. Everywhere else we’re devoid of any sort of quality, certainly in the players who will still be with us next season anyway.
It’s too much to do in one window realistically, not without some serious investment - even if we stay up, we’re years away from challenging for promotion again imo. Right now we just need to focus on building an identity, and start putting technical players above players who just run around to no real effect. Staying up this season, and mid table next season, would be a great achievement.
