Just finished the first Red Dead Redemption. I picked up a copy so that I could fully appreciate the new game when I get it.
Wow. My favourite game of all time is Skyrim, particularly because of the world as a whole, but this has the best story of any game I’ve ever played. The map and the side quests aren’t particularly great (apart from the mysterious man (‘I Know You’) side quest) but the ending was gut-wrenching. Bloody love John Marston.
How have people found RDR2? I’m really looking forward to getting it over Christmas and, from what I’ve heard, Arthur is just as compelling a protagonist as John. I’ve also heard there are plenty of references to the first game.
Would be interested to hear your thoughts @Alpha, @David, @AmericanRam, @Matt H.

Don’t drink ale. I bleed Dark Fruits.

The Purge:
Frank Lampard/10 - An amazing premise that didn't quite live up to initial hopes but still did/is doing a solid job.

I don't online game as I suspect I would become addicted. Only thing I am doing at the moment when I have a quiet few minutes is Dream League soccer on my ipad
I never spend any money on in game purchases but can happily report that Derby County ( last years Elite division winners and double cup winners ) have just thrashed Manchester City 4 - 0
Christiano Ronaldo opened the scoring for the Rams, but MOTM was Will Hughes. ???
Other victims of my exceptional squad (of just 19 players,) include Real Madrid, Barcelona and of course England and the South American Allstars.
That game was on everyone's iPads at school (yes, our school gave us iPads). Everyone was addicted to it, it was brilliant. I remember scoring 9 goals in one game with Yaya Sanogo.

Being a bit sad I read the terms and conditions to see if there was a catch.
I am going to give it a go as do quite a bit of online shopping this time of year.
Seeing as I'm currently doing a law degree, and am looking at becoming a practising solicitor, I should have been every bit as 'sad' as you!

I don't usually read this thread as I am not a gamer, but have learned something really useful here - thanks!
No worries - a quick disclaimer though:
I'm still waiting on news of the cashback. I don't know whether I slipped up and clicked the wrong link or something, but it hasn't gone through on my account. I'm pretty sure the site is legit, otherwise Fifa wouldn't want to be associated with it, but I would recommend being extra careful before buying (or recommending to buy).
Although, even without the £15 off it works out at the standard price, so it's not exactly a risk.

For anyone looking at buying Fifa 19: If you sign up to TopCahsback and buy it through their link (via GAME), you can get £15 back a week or two after, which you can then withdraw. I've just ordered it, so it should work out at around £35.

The constant need to bring out latest models at ridiculous prices pisses me off, plus all of the tax-dodging stuff (though I accept that pretty much every large corporation does the same).
However, iOS is far smoother, nicer to look at and easier to navigate than Android. My second-hand 6S still runs smoothly and I don't anticipate the need to replace it anytime soon. Guess I've just bought into the Apple machine.

That’s not me ya muppet, I’m 30 odd years older. How does he look old enough to be the other lads dad.
I always assumed Medium Angry was the middle child and Big Angry the eldest? Perhaps you would be Grandmaster Angry? What is moniker of the guy on the left then??

Never had mental health issues and I don’t have them now. But just found out some terrible family news that will change everything I’ve ever known. Going to be extremely difficult to adjust to. Posting on here as this forum has some great people.

So this is it boys and girls. This is it until June.
It's been a brilliant last few months with the Rams absolutely ****housing the league. The away days have been fantastic and I'll miss making the drunken match reports.
However, my future career has to come first. Hopefully by getting banned on here, I can fully knuckle down and focus on my revision, as I have very big plans for the future. Have to go out and smash it now.
Thank you @coneheadjohn for being my forum father and for all the brilliant support you've given me, all the best for you and Joel in the future. Thank you @angieram for being my forum mother and the most professional away day poster on the forum. Thank you @Parsnip, @reveldevil, @Boycie and many more for making this place funny as ****. Thank you @Steve How Hard? for liking all of my posts.
All that's left now is to say that @David is a bald **** who can **** off for setting up this fantastic forum. I think that deserves a ban taking effect from 10pm tonight until 20 June, don't you?
Mark my words, when I'm back we'll be a Premier League club. Hopefully I'll be with you on that journey home and away.
Up the ******* Rams.

After realising how ****** I am for my mock exams, I've made a decision.
This will be my last drunken match report of the season. After Saturday, I'll request @David to ban me from the forum until the end of my exams.
Let's hope it ends on a high.
COYR.
Very sad about it but probably for the best.

They’re only GCSE’s. Have as much fun as you want now... save the revising for your A-levels
Look at the date of the thread, it's A-Levels time now!

To quote B4, what do you guys think.

Considering doing this again for A-Levels. Was thinking of having a good few months off because it's the single biggest cause of my procrastination.

Get on your parents insurance. You can nick their car to drive to away games when they try to stop you going.
Disclaimer: That's a joke. Besides with how pissed you get at away games, you'd never find your way home.?
Brilliant!
