Yeah agree, saw this the other day and felt the same - slowish start then ramps up with some excellent set pieces. 
Nice to see Chris Evans do something other than Capt America and play a bad guy, although tbh I thought he was the weak link in the movie.  Still worth an 8/10 though as you say ?

And again following on from the above 'woke' overstaffing - especially in understaffed sectors.
NHS is currently advertising £108k/yr Director of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion. You could get 3 paramedics for that...

This argument comes around again and again but imho it just comes down to money and demand.  For example;
- We generate far more money in England than France, Germany, Italy, Spain etc despite those countries having won more internation honours - therefore our clubs can spend more in wages and transfers.
- De Bruyne earns far more than John Stones or Ederson despite being members of the same title winning team due to demand.
As and when the demand for womens football increases, more money will flow into the game and more will be distributed amongst the players - you can't magic money out of thin air.  Lets not forget, it wasn't that long ago that top flight footballers in the mens game had to seek alternative employment after their careers ended. 
The womens game is still in its relative infancy, its potential for growth will determine its future earning potential.

The Gray Man (gray being the u.s. spelling). Action thriller on netflix in the 'Bourne' style. Stars Chris Evans and Ryan Gosling. First 15-20 mins are slow burning and then moves up several gears 8/10.

IIRC didn't LR in a previous interview say he liked to play non-league opposition to support the local area, or words to that effect? 
There were enough first teamers to justify the trip for those that made it and put a few quid in the coffers of Alfreton Town.  Would have of course been nice to see a better performance however ?

A couple of youtubers I've watched have Derby to finish 3rd (behind Ipswich and Sheff Weds).

Staff shortages exist across Europe , partly due to lockdowns and furlough. Although why France is particularly affected isn't clear .. could they really only manage four border staff at the busiest time of year?

Luckily, we can now avoid school holidays although that’s not always been the case as my wife still worked as a school secretary even after our kids had left school. But, do the prices really shoot up if you wait a week or two? If not, I’ve never understood why half the country feel the need to head off the very first weekend after the schools break up. It is always the busiest time.
