Next year is our year for me. Anything we do this year is just a bonus. To be 7th after the summer we endured I think is impressive outside of the context of how we are playing. Do I prefer warnes style over roseniors? Probably not but in reality I’d probably like something in between both. We are a league one club atm, getting out the league is more important to me than how we play out of it. Whether this style does get us out of it remains to be seen.

Really don't understand the meltdown going on here. From the tone you'd think we'd just sacked Brian Clough rather than choosing not to make permanent an interim manager who has done an OK job.

Bird and hourihane as a two has not worked the last 3 games. We have not controlled the midfield and they are often overrun and can’t seem to get a hold of the game - but the bigger issue is that we also struggle to get the ball to them.
We end up just passing round the back for ages and then lumping it to the wingers in the hope they will work a bit of magic. Tuesday night nearly everytime the ball was lumped to the wingers it went out of play or they were tackled. Atm it’s so easy to set up against us, press the cbs and get tight on the wingers ready for the long ball and we are essentially nullified. We need to become less predictable. 

I hold my hands up. I went last night (also been to Charlton away this season) and we never win when I go away so it’s my fault. But unlike Liam, I was not happy by the application or the (lack of) determination of the players. Usually I’m having banter with the forest fans at work but now I’ve got the bloody Lincoln fan giving it large. How far we have fallen.

Any young upcoming striker would require a fee. So it’s going to either be a prem loan or an old player who isn’t wanted I’d guess!

Don’t think anything more will happen on it now. Can’t see how it can (no legal expert) but stadium not actually owned by the club, new legal entity, already got a payout (for god knows what reason) - don’t think they’ve got much of a case if they ever had to do anything more. 
 
Lets beat them twice this season and help try to make sure they stay down where they belong. 

While I agree that Sibley has done well and should start this seems like an odd stance to take before a ball has been kicked. What if he doesn’t pick Sibley and the side he picks goes on the win 5-0, will you still call for him to go? What if he starts Sibley on the bench and brings him on when their defence is tiring and he grabs himself a couple of goals, isn’t that potentially good tactical awareness from Rosenior? What if he starts Sibley and Sibley has a shocker, scores a hat trick of own goals and gets sent off? Is that on Rosenior?
I want to see Derby succeed after a rubbish few years off the pitch, Rosenior is currently the person paid to make that happen, it’s his responsibility to pick the team based on what he sees in training, what his staff have analysed about the game, what he knows the strengths of his squad to be etc, and he’s made a solid enough start to life as the manager. Calling for him to be sacked for his potential selection decision surrounding one player seems extreme to me. ??‍♂️

Looks like we are playing well and creating again. Almost like Liam’s getting the tactics right and it’s slightly easier when there isnt 10 men defending for their lives.
