  1. Morrison looks smart and composed in the ball. Aluko showed some very neat touches and bit of skill to help set up a chance which Lawrence just nodded over the bar - probably should of scored.

I said yesterday the result doesn’t matter but Derby really need to set down a marker in terms of style, organisation etc and so far we are doing that. Some good movement, winning the ball back, pressing quite high.

  2. Hopefully we set a precedent tomorrow. Not necessarily in terms of the result but just in the style of play, organisation etc. You can’t always read a lot into pre season but last preseason we really struggled to score goals and boy did that carry into pretty much the entire campaign. It would be good to get a positive pre season under our belts especially with all that’s going out around the club.

I like the sound of Baldock's potential:

"Baldock on the other hand has often been a victim of system. The archetypal channel runner alongside a target man, typically in a 4-4-2, he was rarely given an opportunity in that setup at Reading. Attempts by various managers to turn him into a winger or lone striker generally ended in failure, and he given scarce opportunities in the first anyway under Jose Gomes and Veljko Paunovic."

This sounds like vydra at Derby under every manager bar rowett.

Apparently we've already had our accounts revised and we're within ffp limit.

I may be making it up but I’m certain Stephen Pearce or one of our statements alluded to this being true. Maybe it’s just wishful thinking.

Taken from a post on the Wycombe messageboard today

"For what it's worth, a friend of mine who has friends within Derby's first team squad tells me they are all very concerned. The club aren't telling them anything, most of them think they're destined for League One this summer as a result and, given most of them have contracts which include significant pay cuts for relegation, they're almost in open mutiny. Wayne Rooney is being kept away from media over the Euros as they don't want him getting questions on Derby's plight..."

He’s very lucky that his group of friends are all still in the ‘squad’ to give him his inside knowledge. ?

What makes you think there haven’t been any discussions?

First-team players out of contract beyond summer of 2021 and in discussions about their futures: Andre Wisdom, Martyn Waghorn, Jack Marriott, Curtis Davies, Henrich Ravas.

Hes put that snippet in from the athletic I think. The ‘my understanding’ is Ryan Conway.

Have you not been on much since March 2018 when the article was published. Come on Ramos, do keep up.

Looool sorry I just saw it on someone’s Twitter reposted and thought it came up today. As you were.

  8. I’m pretty sure leading up to the original panel the sun and daily Mail were quoting us as being docked 11, 12 point etc and we were docked nothing. Can’t see anything on this one around being docked points seen as they only appealed the lesser charge - a fine maybe, but we will see won’t we.

Yani, I removed about two dozen last night and at least the same again today.

There remain lots of posts that are critical of the manager, not necessarily containing personal abuse.

As @GboroRam says, it helps if you report something that you see that contravenes the rules. We can't read every post on here, try as we might.  And we have lives too!

I see this has become a house of LIES too.

Seeing as you’re in/from Spain, your insight is massively appreciated ?

I don’t know much about the Vox Party, and don’t want to delve into politics on here at all really. I’m more concerned by Alonso’s excuse...”they’re using my name and likeness?” Really, fella? Why would they do that? Smells a bit fishy to me...

I guess we wait and see, but I can't stress how much I REALLY didn't want to see this come to fruition.

I really don't like the idea of a guy who is openly far right, with limited cash of his own, coming in to become the figure head of a unknown consortium. A 29-year-old at that.

This very much looks like a nail in the coffin to me, rather than anything I can be optimistic about. If you're anything but concerned then I would really like to know what you know, because this is a bigger red flag than the fake Shiekh in my opinion.

How dare you..... us 29 year olds are the best of the best and if someone would just give us a chance to run a football club we would show you all up.

It never cease to amaze me how suddenly people become experts in business, finance and football takeovers - when in reality, their only expertise is on kebabs, eBay and Amazon.
All I care about is being able to watch my team, hopefully do well, be entertained - and that’s it.

I’ll just chill my beanz and watch other ‘know it all’s’ go in to sizemic meltdowns ?

Prove you know more than me about kebabs - I dare you.
