We know nothing of MCU in this house and really enjoyed it. Reason being they save any superhero action to the last couple of episodes. The rest is just great storytelling.

This is a good question and one I asked myself. The answer is apparently that electric motors and way more efficient than petrol or diesel engines, such that even if all our electricity were produced by gas turbine power plants, electric cars would still be much better than the current batch.
As it happens, 40% of UK electricity is from renewables (yes that high!) and about 15% from nuclear.

I have the Toyota Rav 4 Hybrid - Petrol tank with a self-charging battery.
No need for any plugs or chargers as the battery recharges as you drive or brake. Although it's a fairly big engine - 2487 cc, I've been getting an average of 50 mpg, on a combined urban and motorway driving, with the best being 62 mpg.
And any driving under 25 mph, is all electric, so no emissions around the town.

The installer has to notify the supply network operator to inform them of the new eCar installation. They have to note it so they can keep an eye on demand.
The electric meter will have a unique number on it so they can locate you exactly.
    Thankyou please.

The Athletic had an update a couple of weeks ago saying there had been a series of legal arguments throughout the Autumn about the scope of the appeal. That has been the delay. Hinted that things had been going Derby's way so far and nobody they spoke to thought the outcome would be anything more than a fine

    New cable.
With the grant, it should only cost about £500 for the charger and basic installation.
Depending on the location of your fuse box and meter, you may have to pay a tiny bit more. Mine are located in a cupboard in the middle of the house, so a cable had to be run underneath the floorboards up stairs, then down the side of the house. May have been about £25 extra.

Evans is a very tidy player but has real issues with injury.  Think that's why we got him from Reading for a similar price to the one you paid. In the old days he's what you'd refer to as a utility player. He also has a habit of a run of form for a few games then has a bit of a non entity spell..
Malone never seemed to be a winger or full back to me . He was OK at both - not brill at either.  Think he played for you before didn't he he and the reaction when he went back was marmite like the opinion on him here.
Bennett is totally pants and seems to have two brain cells.  I can't say anymore though a few disagree at least on his footballing attributes.
Sibley gives away a lot of free kicks and this puts us under pressure in tight games as were not to proficient in front of goal .  Rooney seems to have made the decision what he costs in giving chances to opponents outweighs attacking threat at the other end. I would like to see him get more game time but there we go.

    B4 I think you’re ignoring the facts.

we were found ‘guilty as charged’ of preparing accounts that don’t reflect the accounting profession’s requirements.

the Tribunal did us a massive favour: they did not state that the accounts were contrary to the companies act. Instead, they found ‘only’ that we contravened the accounting standards
the reason that does us a massive favour is this: if your accounts don’t reflect companies act requirements, that is a clear breach of the EFL’s rules. (I would guess it’s also a criminal offence but not sure)

This matters because we know there are people at and around the EFL who think we deserve it in the neck for all this.  The EFL can give it to us in the neck if it gets a judgement that says we breached the companies act, because they can then justifiably say:
    - you are in breach of our rules and the companies act by not sufficiently disclosing the change in amortisation policy
    - we think you did it deliberately, so that we would not notice/challenge the change in policy.
That could in their minds justify a hefty sanction and there may be EFl precedent to support that
@therealhantsramhas told us the scope of the appeal was debated in November. If the EFl were really gunning for us they would want a ruling on appeal that says that our accounts breached the companies act. The problem is they (probably) can’t get this. They can’t get it because the part of the judgement they want to appeal was one on which they succeeded (but in a limited way): if you get a ruling in your favour, you can’t appeal it. (That’s why I think the Tribunal did us a massive favour )
incidentally, you’d expect the Sheikh’s team to have been in the loop on all of this in Nov and beyond. It may have been a factor in the mess that the takeover has become, we will never know (but fans continue to say the Sheikh is a charlatan!).
Ironically, this is all a bit personal between MM and the EFL, so we’d maybe get an easier ride if he sells. But this festering  sore does not help him do that

Disagree. Fine margins in this league.
No doubt the squad needs work, but this gradual progression rubbish winds me up. It’s hard to build gradually in this league, failure to go up in a year or two means your best players bugger off. Add 3-4 right players, confidence high, big work ethic, togetherness, unity, strength, power,  anything can happen.

It’s hard to value young players Whittaker was probably worth more when he hadn’t actually played for the first team all potential and scoring goals, good performances for the youth and u23 teams his first team appearances for us devalued him.

There are 2 ways to prevent it:
    1. Becoming one of the giants of the English game and so making us as attractive a proposition as Liverpool, Man Utd etc.
    2. Having only dreck in our academy, so nobody else wants them.

I thought he came across quite arrogant, I don't blame him for feeling resentment at all, he had a torrid time. But there certainly were times where it made for quite uncomfortable listening, such as when he laughed off a move to League One, if he were hungry to impress and as miserable as he made out to be he would have grasped the opportunity.

It didn't seem as if he respected authority figures too much either, especially when he first came to Derby under McClaren and refused to train the day after he joined (when the first team had a Saturday off).
Rather than attend a training session with the U23s (as asked by McClaren and Paul Simpson) where the coaching staff could get a look at him and make sure he's sharp, he instead opted to go out on a pre-planned drinking session with his mates.
I'm hardly surprised he struggled to get a game for ages after, especially as he told Paul Simpson no in front of the whole first team dressing room on his first full day.
At the end of the day it's a very well paid job and in any other profession you do as you're told if it means keeping your job.

This loan doesn't excite me at all. At the moment I'm hoping we get in loan players with more experience. Player who understand what is needed to play and survive in this league. Not a young player, who's parent club as let him out on loan purely to gain more experience of playing more competitive football than he would get playing U21 games.
