I think if LR had been given the job full time and he was being relieved today for another manager then the whole situation looks a bit more desperate as he has not been given time but the plan may have always been for someone else to come in. 3 wins away last season, no goals this season and no wins. It’s a disgrace- change the tactics if we can’t change the personnel. 

This away form is depressing. Not acceptable. Don’t know whether LR is the answer. I would be happy to give him more time, the squad may be on the thin side but we should be doing better away from home- not scored a goal yet. It’s worrying and we won’t be staying close to top 6 for long.

Just to add another perspective here, its interesting how many Leeds fans I've spoken to who whilst not wanting to be in the Championship as such, do look back fondly to the time when they were winning most of their matches & being (in their heads) the big fish in the division. In the Prem, they are nothing more than cannon fodder & the sheer amount of beatings they took in the spring inevitably erodes that optimism & feel good factor from being top tier. 
My own viewpoint to OP is similar to most on here - I am enjoying the novelty of a new division but only from a short term perspective. The Championship was boring & was sick of playing non-entities like QPR, Reading & Bristol every other week. The standard of play & size of the clubs in League One isn't that different in my eyes and the sheer size of PP crowds & our away support suggests that view is shared by many.
That said, deep down I struggle accepting Derby as a 3rd tier club & want us up as soon as possible - certainly no longer than 2 seasons, which is entirely reasonable given our resources & how long it took Arthur Cox to take us out of the old Division 3. The game is about the glory & I want to see Derby competing for Europe & trophies again one day.
 

Unless you are really old and remember the Fa cup win or you supported Derby during the 70s, the odd promotion is the only success in memory and a cup win, whatever cup would be pretty nice. Having said that, not bothered if Derby go out. I am always more keen on the league cup and FA cup- we should ALWAYS go all out to win these. The clubs who have won the league cup - Derby should be on that list but always field weak teams. 
The painful reality is Derby are, at the moment, a lower league side and this is a lower league competition so this is what we should aspire to, as depressing as that is. Dreaming of Wembley! 

I’m not keen as it’s the start of the “big clubs” trying to get “b” teams in the Football League. Should never be allowed to happen , like MK Dons situation should not have been allowed. 

Good match today. I think Derby played well in parts. A lot of balls didn’t work out but at least we were going for incisive passes etc rather than slow safe balls. Peterborough good at cutting stuff out. Great character at the end like so many times in the last year or two. Poor finishing by Peterborough, Derby could have scored more first half too. Forsyth was good when he came on and scored his trademark goal (was disallowed) but that kind of cross and head is a threat. Collins needs more time. Knight immense. Cashin saved us as well.

Describing him as black? He is black… And there is absolutely nothing wrong with that. Black isn’t a taboo word. It’s an adjective you use to describe something. 
 
There is a big difference when using the word in a derogatory sense or followed by an insult.
