Maybe I've misunderstood, I thought ball boys were just representatives from local grass roots teams, cant say I pay much attention to them.
Certainly not enough attention to get into a tizz when they don't throw the ball back quickly enough / throw it back too quickly (delete as applicable).

Still can't forgive Southgate for bottling the Euro final when winning and not giving Italy a sniff up to that point.
He's just a Poundland Warne.
Give forgiveness a go. It's worth it.

The substitution did ultimately cost us getting all 3pts. Without apportioning any blame in any direction, if in an ideal world Nyambe was able to finish the game, in my opinion he would have stopped their winger crossing it by smashing him over the North Stand. *Cue Kenneth Williams gif
Not scoring more goals in the preceding 86 minutes cost us getting all 3 points

We're enjoying S5 of Fargo anyway, particularly the way that they have upped the ante and include multiple "baddies" (the sheriff, the hitman and the mother-in-law). Gives the story a wider dimension for sure
I did read a review that said it had gone down badly with the anti-woke brigade in the US because it had a strong female lead and made the men all look like morons. For me that's one of the things I like about it! That's life lads 😂
If it triggers the sort of men who beat women, all the better.

Doorbell, you been living under a rock?
Our doorbell doesn't have a name. Except 'doorbell' of course.
Should it? I might call it king dong. Or something.

It's a mark of familiarity that I personally think is inappropriate for a warmonger. Neither would I call Carlsson "Tucker", for similar but not identical reasons. I think it's an odd way to refer to politicians anyway, regardless of their status or perceived fame or infamy.
Alf got the meaning of the chimp spot on, although it could equally apply to anyone who doesn't need much encouragement to go gooey-eyed over a mass murderer.
The first name thing is always a bit cringeworthy. To me, it always suggests a lack of critical thinking; an acceptance of the person without question. See also 'Elon' and 'Boris'.

Just finished episode 6 of The Brothers Sun on Netflix. Not to be taken too seriously and I’m really enjoying it. Some great music along the way.
A bit difficult to describe but briefly it’s about the son of a Taiwanese triad boss who goes to LA, and teams up with his somewhat inept Americanised brother, to protect his mother.
I really enjoyed this. Manages to be both incredibly violent and utterly charming -encapsulated in the character of the older brother - a ruthless killer who is also utterly captivated by baking and daytime soap operas.

My only criticism of Max's decision is going to Bristol City, for the sole reason that it might turn out to be no improvement for him at all. We could easily be in the same division next season and it smacks a little of desperation for a change, any change. Perhaps though, whilst not wanting to tie himself to us for another 3-4 years, he wanted to make sure that DCFC received something for him now rather than have to wait for a tribunal ruling. Whatever, running his contract down would have been the most lucrative option for him personally and I can't help feeling he would have found far less beige clubs than BCFC vying for his signature had he waited.
He certainly put a few minds at rest on Saturday and, if he's still up for the fight, with Adams behind him, we could really see the best of him between now and May.
Except that it is an improvement. Bristol City will have Max Bird and we won't.

What about his quality on the ball? We will miss that
No, you've got it all wrong. Ignore all the good stuff and bitch endlessly about the less good stuff.
It's the modern way.

A much better picture of what? Whether I'm likely to enjoy a game? It seems to me it's only useful for coaching and betting. If you do neither, it gives a picture of nothing.
Yet Live broadcasters yum this stuff up, despite the fact that anyone who wants this info can go to their bookie's website.
