the bigger picture is that this season is about rebuilding the club from top to bottom , going to be a long process , we have a new owner , rookie management staff , a brand new squad , i appreciate everyone wants to get back to the championship but there are going to be bumps in the road , the days of sacking managers and replacing players with new signings at the drop of a hat are behind us , patince from everybody involved is whats needed at the moment , yes the away forms bad , the manager , players and supporters know that , i just feel that getting another manager in at this point is not practical

I think it is about time all 15+ away members stop going to away games.  What are you offering? Nothing to encourage the lads that’s obvious. 3 wins in 36!  Let’s some more half fans go I say. They won’t be going through the motions.

We were slower and weaker and didn't pass the ball well. 
You can mither and speculate about formations, systems and styles of play but if you can't do the above you will struggle even if you have better technical players

I'd like us to try something like this would definitely like to see Jake Rooney given a go and think Cashin could do with a break and gives us a chance to check out Chester. I'm not a fan of two holding midfielders .
 
 

One thing I would say from last night is that NML and Roberts put crosses in last night that most strikers would dream of. We  just don’t have the central strikers to take advantage.

You’re right of course but whereas the Saturday game against Plymouth was a cracking tie in which we were beaten by the better side on the day (one of those things), last night was a disorganised fiasco.
The players who came on were every bit as poor as those who went before.
One could argue that the offsides were a bit unlucky but the keeper, defence and midfield were all over the place and panicked in possession.
Calm heads are needed. 
Let’s not judge until we have seen the reaction.
