This pic is absolutely glorious.  Well done, that woman!
Just look at her full time face...

    Never is a long time.
    Our record will be broken.
Nor are we the "laughing stock of English football" like it or not, many won't even have a clue who has the worst points tally ever.

Just a couple of things to keep B4 in our memories on DCFC Fans.
First is the topic title following the news of David Clowes takeover.
With so many sayings, it was difficult to choose from, however this and the post itself means so much more. Especially the line about his Mum, football was not just a game to B4, it was life and death.

@Mucker1884's words were utterly brilliant and a fitting tribute. They have been published on their own page which will always remain on the main menu.

Needless to say, this topic will also remain pinned for the lifetime of this forum.
@B4ev6is  you are a DCFC Fans legend that will never be forgotten. x

A stranger we had yet to meet.
    Our paths had never crossed.
And yet, it seems, we knew him well,
A dear friend we have lost.
A heart of gold, a Kindly soul,
    A friendly word to each.
A clumsy gaff may oft appear,
    But ne’er offence be reached.
A call to arms, a plea for fight,
    A positive embrace.
    Defiant stance, a pumping fist,
    A smile on his face.
Hatred of pink, and all things red,
More strangers for him to meet.
“A sea of black and white” he’d call,
“Let’s all stand at our seat”!
    A disregard for marriage,
    for relationships of two,
    “Never, ever” he would wail,
    “That would never do”!
Yet he loved all, and we loved him.
    His quirks always forgiven,
    His stubbornness frustrated,
But missed, now he’s in Heaven.
The truest Ram, amongst us all,
    Now gone for evermore.
    For Daniel, for DCFC
    Let’s all be more B4

We could all learn something from B4. The B4 thread or room of positivity would be a fitting tribute. Not as much as Derby winning the treble this season though, which in the spirit of B4 I am now fully convinced we will do.

Happy to report that both my wife and big sister arrived home safe and unharmed from their voluntary stint on the Poppy Stall in Derbion on Tuesday!
What is the world coming to?
Alleged attacks on a 78 year old volunteer in Edinburgh.
Poppy sellers "feeling nervous" being surrounded by mobs of "Protesters" at Charring Cross.
The Rochdale Cenotaph being daubed with "Political Graffiti".
The sanctity of The London Cenotaph at high risk for this coming weekend.
I get some don't agree with what The Poppy symbolises and represents.  I get that.  Each to their own.  But to actively go out of their way to threaten Poppy Sellers (All of whom are volunteers, and many of whom are "elderly") and/or wearers, is the scummiest of the scum in my book.
I'll be adding extra pride to my stance at 11am at The NMA on Sunday, after doing similar at The Camp Bastion Wall Memorial, as we mark our remembrance and respect to one known fallen hero in particular, on our son's behalf (as he's away clearing landmines in Ukraine, so can't attend in person).
I'll be arriving earlier than usual for the match tomorrow, to join in the (assumed?) pre-KO remembrance.
And I'll be wearing my nice new shiny 2023 lapel poppy alongside a few older ones over the coming days... f*** em, I say!

    Wow!
I’d say it was way too early in his tenure to come out with those sort of statements!
First off, there’s the whole stepping in to literally save the club from extinction. Then the EFL spending restrictions/mutually agreed business plans.
Heck, in reality, it’s even (technically) too early to state that employing PW was a mistake, as he has neither succeeded or failed to achieve his target(s) thus far!
No idea what other “not good decisions” you may be referring to?  🤷‍♂️
… And your last statement infers DC has already been proven to have been a bad owner!
    I repeat… “Wow”!  😲

I'm sure there are many, like me, who do give more than 2 f**** about things other than just what happens on the pitch because we realise without David Clowes we would have no pitch to give 2 f**** about.
As for hating the manager, grow up.

I was at Saturday's game and to my mind it was a decent performance just lacking an end product and I said this at the time....it was far better than we had been playing recently and was a building block for tonight's game.

Is it not time to put an end to these post match in or out polls, if you're going to swing either way based on a single result? I'm not sure what to say.
There was a famous vote a few years ago, many didn't get the result they wanted and wanted to vote again until they got the result they wanted.
This kinda stinks of that now.

I remember the chant going round the ground, clough clough we've had enough, that wasn't Nigel it was Brian. And thinking about it I would estimate in my 68years of watching and loving the Rams I have seen them play over 2000 times, and Saturday certainly wasn't the worst I've seen by a long way.

Morning thoughts - we travel from Cambs because we are Derby mad. We dont expect us to be world beaters esp where we're at just now but is it too much to ask for glimmers of where we want to be heading and a few shots on target? Excited on the journey to Derby after the gap but just felt so flat on way back.
True we have several injuries (luck or not?) and I am trying to be patient as really do think managers should be given more time and we need to build back steadily but all I thought yesterday on way back is we could have had a lovely late summer's day at the beach instead. Would say the style of football is losing me but you could see at times last season what PW was trying to do and it worked for a while but now it isnt a style as such as throwing people on to see what happens. I think PW has lost some confidence in himself as have the players and we are not playing as he wants as @Archied mentioned above. Still hope he can turn it around but looking less likely with each game.

Carl will have a much better idea , if he's been several times. We went once, and were very central , in the seating, just behind the standing section. Raised enough for a perfect view. If I was going again, I'd book the same block. I don't think it could possibly be as good if you were around towards the sides. We're too old and decrepit to bother with standing, especially after traipsing round London for the day.
Found the whole thing very impressive. Though it's an odd feeling , when you realise exactly what it is you're watching! Sound quality is awesome.

For what worth, I think you are wrong. @Red_Dawnis not a guest, he has been a forum member for a great many years, creating and receiving some memorable posts which has made this thread an enjoyable read. You are basically advocating a thread where we have 100% opposition to Notts. What would be the point of that? I might as well stand outside my house and shout at a rose bush.
Carry on Dawnie I say; this thread would be all the poorer without you, as it has been since Tigger was ejected.
