Q would have checked the bank early this morning and seen whether the money had cleared.
Another day of frustration for us fans (and half fans).

Getting fed up of reading and hearing that Ashley is waiting in the wings like some wannabe saviour of DCFC. If he’s really serious he needs to get centre stage with a decent bid (better than CK) on Monday.

Well last week we were told the takeover could be delayed till Wednesday.
Which Wednesday wasn’t specified.- Asanovic70 and jimtastic56

I'm uncreasingly relaxed about the deal going through.
I'm now only checking this thread every 30 minutes.
Is uncreasingly the opposite of increasingly?

In the meantime, presumably the club is operating on additional borrowing, which can't be cheap. Not to mention every hour that passes Quantuma are leeching more money from the financial mire. A good reason for getting the takeover completed in a timely manner, one would think.....

..as for the players, this 'delay' makes no difference..the ones that are staying will have already agreed deals to sign once we complete.
And getting paid on time in May will have boosted confidence that there is something worth staying for.

Well you can be sure MSD won’t be doing anything until the money they’re owed is in their account.

It makes me chuckle that there's two CK's showing on there, one with the birth year of 1987 and the other 1967.
Imagine if this whole delay is because someone got the initial paperwork wrong, Maikel Kieftenbeld is that you?
Getting Companies House to change an incorrect DOB is a nightmare. Much easier to resign and reappoint and they won’t even notice.
What is it they say on their website
“Companies House does not verify the accuracy of the information filed”

Whatever it's called, that's where Mel's loans are recorded and that's what was being referred to when the threat of him demanding 35p/£ for them a couple of weeks ago was raised in the media. Whilst we don't have access to the paperwork that dictates how they're treated, it's fairly certain imo that they're the classic "loans not required to be repaid by a fixed date". Whether they equal the amount of money he actually put in is another question.
Share premium account has nothing to do with being a creditor and no one could demand even 1p in the £ to be repaid. It's a non distributable reserve.

What appearance money, I’m not on the payroll of Radio Derby.
As for the figures in the accounts, a company should publish material post balance sheet events, the tenant of the major asset you own going into administration is IMO a significant issue.
You are right it should but as the negotiations for sale are ongoing right now, there’s not a director in the world that would publish any sensitive details - so what actual use would a post balance sheet note be? Everyone knows something is happening.

Seems to me Ashley wants the stadium More and pay less for club and admins. Kirchner wants club more to avoid deductions but can’t afford the stadium. Seems Ashley wants asset more than club so looking at best interests for himself
I may be missing something but surely to come out of administration the MSD debt has to be paid off. It was there as a liability in the statement of affairs.

My thoughts are that MM wants £20m for the stadium. No one wants to pay that amount. There are three solutions to this.
1. MM drops his asking price and cuts his losses.2. Someone pays the asking price for the ground.
And the third is ???

Mels meeting him to say he doesn’t own the stadium anymore and good luck completing a deal now you exclusivity is over
Don’t understand why this “exclusivity is over” should be an issue for Kirchner, unless someone suddenly arrives with a much better deal for the creditors.

So the Bill to HMRC has gone up - is that because money due this season hasn’t been passed on? Is that how it works whilst in administration? Or is this newly discovered/claimed?
i genuinely have no idea!
The administrators are obliged to pay over the taxes that become due during their period in control - eg PAYE / VAT.
The progress report shows that HMRC believe they are owed different amounts to those the directors believed were due when the companies went into administration. There is no indication as to who has the right numbers.
