He managed 12 last year in all comps and he wasn’t the main man so it’s not too much of a stretch to see him getting 4/5 more this season. When we signed him I had a quick skim through his previous stats. I don’t think he’s ever played at wingback before, it’s always been at fullback in a flat 4. Ambitious Posted July 8, 2023 Share Posted July 8, 2023 A few things of note to me: I liked the system with real wing backs. Elder and Ward looked good and accomplished positioning within the set up. I feel with a bit more quality in the final third and a little bit of a spark in the AM positions and it should come together nicely. Radcliffe really stood out to me, honestly thought he looked very accomplished and impressive for an 18 year old. Great for him to get a goal too.
