It doesn’t help that we keep wasting the set pieces we win. However it’s only 1-0 and we have had a couple of half chances in attack alexxxxx

Barney1991
Collins needs to do better holding the ball up some lovely play between midfield and it gets to him and we lose possession Steve How Hard?
SK47
For a league 1 team, we're matching West Ham in a lot of areas, and you've got to appreciate it. A bit static for the goal, but it is what it is. It has to be said tho, Collins is an absolute slug. Thank god he scores in the league where it matters tho ? Steve How Hard?
We desperately need a forward that can hold the ball up. Nothing ever sticks to Collins. It just puts us right back under pressure. Sloppy all over the park tonight though. Mimester, Dordogne-Ram, angieram and 3 others

I think what we need is someone with that physical presence but more mobility, which Martin surely doesn’t have. If Collins had a yard more pace it would make a big difference. Norman
West Ham are rubbish. If the ball stuck with Collins we'd be in their half most of the time. RadioactiveWaste

Martin has a good touch and can finish, so his hold up play would be an improvement on Collins, but would he be able to press from the front? I’m not sure he would. I’m not against Chris Martin as a player, it’s just in my opinion we need a different sort of striker to come into the squad alongside Collins and McGoldrick. A more mobile presence up front who also had a good touch would help this team more. If we were going to go back in for any former Rams striker I’d want it to be Vydra, but given he’s been out injured for a year and left a prem club he’s probably out of our reach. jono
